And we have a 21 year old Jeep, so repairs are frequent. When something didn't NEED to be fixed, they said so. When a different mechanic put a belt on wrong that was making a funny noise, they fixed it in 5 minutes for free. When we had a gas leak that I was prepared to pay hundreds of dollars to fix, they fixed it in an hour or so for $40. The bottom line is after two years of honest service, I trust the guys here to be straight with me and to never jack up a price or tell me a problem is worse than it is. I dropped my car off around 10am, they called me an uber to school, and by 1:30 I received a text with a detailed evaluation of my vehicle and an itemized list of recommended repairs/maintenance. I picked my vehicle up later that same day and they walked me through the evaluation--they were super transparent and even recommended I forego some maintenance that was not immediately necessary since I sought the eval with the goal of ultimately selling the car. Their evaluation of my car was free and they didn't press me to schedule repairs or bring cars back to them in the future, but I will definitely be back because of their professionalism and transparency.
