Sinyard Tire in Gatesville recommended Gossett Towing, so I called them. Good recommendation. Johnny had to go to his backup truck, but made it to me in about 30 minutes, and took great care loading a very low Miata on his ramp truck. He took equal care unloading at Sinyard Tire, using blocks to avoid scraping the low nose both loading and unloading. He also stuck with the job even after business hours, not rushing anything. I honestly hope I don't need his services again, but I'd call him in a heartbeat if I did.

This is no longer the Gossett that is well known and liked in Gatesville. We had a brand new…read moretransmission put in by Ray not even a year ago, in September 2024 the truck would not shift correctly, we took it back to Gossett to get it checked out. We were told "it's just the harness, easy fix" cool. Well Ray got sick and sold his business to someone else a few days after we brought it in. The office lady at the time Brandi was absolutely ugly and hateful everytime I spoke with her. Zero communication about what's going on and why we don't have our truck fixed. First we are told it needs a computer, and they ordered one without our permission and it didn't make a difference. Obviously. Next run around we find out The mechanic they had "working" on the truck all of a sudden gets fired; as did Brandi. & they had zero record of what the truck was in for or who it belonged to. Then we meet with the new owners to "start fresh" mind you it's now December. Trucks been there since September for a harness last we knew. All of a sudden that's not the issue; it's electrical, they take our truck to another shop. No one can find the so called electrical issue. Then we got a call to come pick it up but we would need a tow truck??! Now the truck doesn't even run at all. That's a red flag for me cause it came to them running just had a shifting issue. Then they tell us it's the injectors and the pump, cool get new stuff for it and let's get this over with. Got a call in February once again "the truck is done" we go up there. The door handle is broken; the fender is ripped off and has weld holes in it: the inside lights constantly stay on. This truck is literally getting worse everytime they touch it!! We did not take it home that day: this truck HAS NEVER LEAKED OIL but they were so adamant it "came to us like this" that's a lie. I'm guessing they hoped we didn't see all the shit broken on the truck and we would take it and go. But no. That's not happening. We contacted the owner once again and apparently no one knew about it. Yeah right: whatever. Finally we get another call it's done. We show up. Sure enough dead batteries from whatever they did to leave the inside lights constantly running, oil is leaking out of it. Door handle was fixed: they just tacked the old fucked up fender back on!! And tried to call it good. We look under the hood; & under the truck the dipstick isn't even in the pan! No wonder it's leaking!!!! The air filter box was taken out and instead of putting it back in correctly they shoved the black side part inside the box right in the air filter. So we are literally at the shop fixing the truck how it should be and connecting the dipstick where it goes so it doesn't leak! We get home fix whatever the hell they did to the lights. Whoever they have working there DOES NOT NEED TO TOUCH A VEHICLE. Truck was down September 2024 till February 2025. Lack of communication; lack of caring, I under its new ownership but everytime we asked anything all we got told was "idk anything about this" "everytime you call it's a new issue with your truck" maybe because your workers do not know what they are doing at all!!!!

I was able to get Michael Glasgow from Glasgow Diesel out to my Gustine Texas location, as all of a sudden unexpectedly my husband's Volvo would not start, although we had new batteries in it. It started immediately after cleaning and is running beautifully now couldn't have been better and quicker. I will never go anywere else again, than this company. Thank you so much for your help.

When I got home I looked closer at my rim and noticed that the rim was completely scratched up. I have a brand new car, with zero damage on any wheel. So I called and was told to bring it in the next day. So I did. The guy told me that in all his years of working, when using the tool that removes the tire from the rim, it always damages the rim. (I literally have that on video) so apparently every wheel they've ever fixed has been damaged by this machine. I cannot imagine a company would make a product that knowingly damages clients property and think it's ok. The guy took my info and said they'd call me. Never heard from them again. Called today and was told they would refund my money and try to buff it out. To me that's not acceptable. So I get that it's a minor thing and obviously doesnt effect how my car drives- however it's the principal of the thing. They damaged my car and refuse to fix it. It's not right and they need to retrain everyone how to use the machine properly.
