I sadly came across Randy who is hands down a used car salesman. People sitting around the garage sitting around doing nothing, tells you all you need to know. I understand the competitiveness of these shops but truly this place is not trustworthy of anyones time or money. I was told by the woman at the front desk, this location was under new management but even the owner as she pointed out to me as he walked is questionable at best. Under new management doesn't mean necessarily best. Hard pass. You know it's bad when you take time out our day to write a review on such a place. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. He mentioned as a result of his kid's summer activities that he wouldn't be able to get out to my home until this afternoon. The afternoon came and went and no word from Derrick. I think that its extremely unprofessional for him to be a no call no show especially considering that he gave me his word that he'd be here. Had I known that he wouldn't show, I could've had my car towed to a shop instead of wasting a day with no transportation. I certainly wouldn't do business with someone like him in the future.

He took the car into his shop to fix it and had it a bit over a week -- it did take a bit of time but this is okay with me (and probably you as well) if he fixes it right
