The paint was so wet, a puddle of green paint collected under our trailer. The welds are not pretty and we will see with time if they are sufficient in strength. When I spoke to the salesman Tim about my concerns he was incredibly rude and gave a different story to me and my husband regarding whether or not the paint was wet. If wet, he seemed to think it was acceptable. He did concede a $50 price reduction in the end. The delivery driver was extremely courteous and helpful. If I had to do it over again I may just save up more money and get panels at Tractor Supply or McCoys. With some extra work to sand and repaint areas on each panel, I think this will work for now. I just hate it when men treat women like they are stupid. I think I know the consistency of wet paint and can asses the future problem of areas of metal exposed to the elements. Overall, know that these panels are dipped in paint. Not powder coated. The price is nice, but you get what you pay for.

I'm pretty careful who works on my truck and home, and my riding mower is the same. I had heard…read moregood things about Randy's, but considering I had an unusual request, (restoring a 1985 Craftsman rider I'm sentimental about) I knew it was important that whoever I worked with understand what I expected. Randy listened carefully to my story, asked all the right questions, then followed up exactly as he'd committed to. Actually, he and his crew exceeded my requests - ensuring I'd have a few more years to enjoy my machine. Everyone working at Randy's pitched in - matching my enthusiasm, and I just couldn't be any happier, or more satisfied. I didn't want cheap work, and considering it was a restoration project, the price for their work was more than affordable, and matched the quote exactly. The Cross Timbers area is lucky to have a business like this to rely on, and I sincerely appreciate them all.
