My husband and I are extremely pleased in the help we received from Bruner, specifically Kim! This was our first BRAND NEW car to buy and we did it primarily online! We live 350 miles from the Brownwood area, way up in Amarillo ;) But finding this vehicle on fb marketplace and staying in touch with Kim via phone and email truly helped us! These vehicles are extremely hard to come by, so when I found it available through Facebook marketplace, my husband and I were inquisitive. This vehicle was secured by two other serious buyers so we thought we wouldn't be able to buy it. However, about 5 days later, I received a call from Kim letting me know that it was available! (Little did Kim know that Garrett and I had just returned from a weekend trip to Houston where we planned to buy an SUV but returned home with nothing!) My husband and I did something we've never done before-- we decided to buy a new car, sight unseen, over the phone. In the car market these days, vehicles are hard to find and are selling way over MSRP! Not at Bruner. Bruner Auto Group takes good care of you and reminds you of your hometown! Bruner doesn't throw in expensive dealership fees or packages that you know nothing about or don't plan on using! What you see is what you get! We were delightfully impressed and this has been the best vehicle purchase we've made to date! (And we've made a lot: Hudiburg in OKC, plus many others in Texas and Oklahoma and New Mexico.) The process has been seamless! Thanks, Kim, for driving 250 miles to meet us in Lubbock! Thanks, Kim, for taking such good care of us! And thanks Bruner Auto Group for ordering this '21 Tahoe with the panoramic sunroof for your dealership! We're thankful we found it and you all! read more

I have purchased roughly five vehicles from Bruner; from the Toyota side, the Chevy side, and the Used Car side. Each purchase was absolutely painless, with no hard sales, more than fair trade in allowances, and quick financing. I would positively recommend Bruner to anyone looking for a great deal and professional salespeople in Central Texas. read more

Bruner GMC Chevy - My 2014 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss - Car Dealers Near Me - Early, Texas

Purchased a GMC Acadia from this dealership. One of the most stress free car purchases I've ever had. Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. They found the perfect car match for what I wanted. Great test drives on multiple vehicles until finding the right car. Paperwork was easy peezy. Car delivered clean, certified, and out the door without a hitch. A couple of days after my purchase, my salesman sent me a thank you gift of a nice insulated travel mug and chocolate chip cookies that tasted oven fresh. Beat that if you can. read more

My experience with Bruner was great. My sales rep Nick Matz went above and beyond. I was in a major time crunch due to my job and needed a vehicle quick. I had been to many dealerships within a short period, none having the inventory I needed. I pulled into Bruner to look at a truck they had in the lot and Nick met me with a smile. Nick went above and beyond any other salesman I had met at other lots and was able to keep me up to date with inventory and get me in the vehicle I needed quickly and efficiently. Nick personally made sure that my vehicle was ready within the short window I had to take possession of the truck. I can't even begin to express my appreciation for Nick. Bruner Auto group, Nick is an absolute asset to your company and I look forward to knowing that all of my friends and families auto buying just became easier by knowing it's going to be simple just by going to see Nick! Thank you Nick! 2024 GMC 2500 AT4 read more

Without a doubt the most unprofessional and dishonest dealership I have worked with in my entire lifetime. I will do everything I can to never do business with them again. My car is under warranty and I will drive however far I have to drive to never set foot in any Bruner facility ever again. read more

Rarely these days do you find a car dealership with a heart. That is exactly what I found when working with Todd Greaves the Pre-owned sales manager and his staff at Bruner Auto Group. I have a son who has a serious mental illness and is on a fixed income who was in dire need of a vehicle. We found a vehicle and had a set amount we could afford. Todd and his team were the consummate professionals even after I had given them an extremely hard time when trying to get the deal done. After hearing my sons story Todd and his team were able to meet our needs and delivered the vehicle to us from two hours away. My son was so happy to see the vehicle arrive! Bruner will be our first choice when we are in the market for a new vehicle in the future! Thanks again! Todd Garlington/ Weatherford, Tx. read more

The staff were kind and friendly and my sales person was responsive, but they seemed to be unable or unwilling to work with me over what I thought were some simple requests. The deal on the table was fair but nothing you couldn't get anywhere else. I offered options to make the deal easy on both parties to accommodate for my non standard transaction. After some initial agreements, with financing in hand and an already purchased aftermarket part, the GM changed the plan and made it difficult to complete the transaction (his change was something I offered days prior when I could have done it). After a fruitless conversation with the GM, it was apparent he didn't desire my business. I significantly improved my deal elsewhere and am now the proud owner of the same truck, with better financing, more cooperation and it only took me a couple of hours. I wanted to support my new home and the local business, but there was only so much i could take. I would say if you want to support the people in your area please do, it is important. I tried, it just proved to be to inconvenient for me this time. read more

The problem is most common when a driver accelerates of decelerates and the transmission moves to shift a gear. Drivers reported a hesitation, then a shudder or jerk with the gear change. However, it's not exclusive to gear changes as some owners reported the issue within a single gear. According to the information compiled so far, some drivers said the event has been so violent it felt like another car had hit them. Bruner in Early, Texas is selling GMC Trucks with these problems and doing nothing about it. They don't stand behind there lifetime warranty! Stay far away from this dealership. My dad bought a 2017 GMC truck from them and the transmission has done this since Day 1. Can't even enjoy his new truck! Didn't mind taking all his money though! Brian Lee is a joke! He does nothing but talk! Can't believe this place gets away with this! read more

Brought my 2015 Buick Encore in because I could hear a squealing sound under the hood on the passenger side. We were about to leave on vacation in a week. I paid $571 dollars for them to fix it. Brought it home and a few days later heard the same squealing sound. Called Bruner back, told them it was not fixed. All I got from them was to bring it in and they would look at it again! I took to a local mechanic who change the serpentine belt for less the $80.00. Why couldn't Bruner's fix the problem??? Never taking a vehicle back there for repairs!! read more

I showed up on Saturday at closing. Todd Greaves, the pre-owner manager opened the door and asked if he could help me. I ended up buying a car and the whole team was amazing. Staying 2 hours after closing to get all the paper work done. Will be back to buy my next vehicle. read more

First off have to say the best experience with a car dealer EVER. I put in a request to get info about a 2015 Sienna and I was emailed not called and they asked in the email if they could text or call. Thank you for that. I was assigned, Natalie Hernandez. We texted and set up an appointment she was very flexible to my schedule and working around my newborn's schedule as well. Some of this may be because Covid-19 but I hope they keep it this way. We drove the car alone just us so we could freely talk, we got back and she took some information and told us we could go home instead of making us wait on the financing application to be processed. No "KEEP THEM HERE" mentality I hate. Financing came back and it was pretty good as we do have some bad spots and their trade offer was very good starting no low ball playing. Easily agreed on the whole deal by text. We came for a 4:30 appointment and out the door by 5:00. I spent maybe a total of 1 hour inside the building it was an amazing sales experience. Other dealerships need to use this as a standard. I am for sure shopping here first in the future. read more

Rick Newton is great! I live 3 hours away, and he was able to handle everything over the phone, and even had the vehicle delivered to me on a Sunday! Both Rick and Bruner are awesome to do business with, and I would definitely recommend them! read more

When they say warranty on a used vehicle. Dont believe it. Bring your mechanic with you and have him do a complete check first

Bruner's is an Awesome dealership! My husband and both sons have bought their trucks there for years, and I have bought my cars there too. They don't try and mess you around, they give you a good price, try and get you as much as possible for your trade-in, and the service department has always been good to us. Daniel Kinnibrugh is a great sales associate. He is honest, shoots straight, he's not pushy, and he will work hard to get you the best deal possible! read more
