I got my mower back. Called for credit card. I gave it to them and there was a extra $80.20 added to final bill when sent thru.

Each purchase was absolutely painless, with no hard sales, more than fair trade in allowances, and quick financing. I would positively recommend Bruner to anyone looking for a great deal and professional salespeople in Central Texas.

We live 350 miles from the Brownwood area, way up in Amarillo ;) But finding this vehicle on fb marketplace and staying in touch with Kim via phone and email truly helped us! These vehicles are extremely hard to come by, so when I found it available through Facebook marketplace, my husband and I were inquisitive. This vehicle was secured by two other serious buyers so we thought we wouldn't be able to buy it. However, about 5 days later, I received a call from Kim letting me know that it was available! (Little did Kim know that Garrett and I had just returned from a weekend trip to Houston where we planned to buy an SUV but returned home with nothing!) My husband and I did something we've never done before-- we decided to buy a new car, sight unseen, over the phone. In the car market these days, vehicles are hard to find and are selling way over MSRP! Not at Bruner. Bruner Auto Group takes good care of you and reminds you of your hometown! Bruner doesn't throw in expensive dealership fees or packages that you know nothing about or don't plan on using! What you see is what you get! We were delightfully impressed and this has been the best vehicle purchase we've made to date! (And we've made a lot: Hudiburg in OKC, plus many others in Texas and Oklahoma and New Mexico.) The process has been seamless! Thanks, Kim, for driving 250 miles to meet us in Lubbock! Thanks, Kim, for taking such good care of us! And thanks Bruner Auto Group for ordering this '21 Tahoe with the panoramic sunroof for your dealership! We're thankful we found it and you all!

Note the car in question was indeed available the 2 previous days AND THAT MORNING while Juan and I agreed to terms, but they decided to sell the car to walk-in for more money AFTER running my credit. This dealer has ZERO integrity and will certainly come at you with southern kindness only to screw you. The added bonus was that they wanted to shift me into something TWICE as expensive, gotta love the bait and switch method, it's what keep them in business 75 years!

One if you want an oil change you have to be there at 7:00 in the morning first come first serve. I waited 4 hours for one time. ridiculous that you cannot make an appointmen. Pure nonsense! Anyway when you go in for parts they don't have them in stock and always have to order and wait for a week or more. So the latest one was I called in Wednesday to find out about getting a key for my Jeep and the young man I spoke with sounded like he didn't want to be on the phone he Told me that I needed to have the Jeep at the dealership with Id (guess I can understand) this and the told it would be $350 dollars. Ok. So I make arrangements for towing, called back Thursday and another guy told me I needed the ID and title ( kinda cannot get into my glove box without said key. I'd should be sufficient anyway so I told him that I was having my Jeep town. To get the key fob so I can get on with my life, unfortunately they don't have the key in stock, of course you don't and so told me it would be a week before I could even get it and I had to pay upfront nope not gonna do that until I have the thing in my hand and not be waiting on the key until something freeze over. Anyway so I call a place in another town. They can have the key Saturday and gonna be less than what was quoted at the dealership I bought my vehicle at. I called back to tell them to cancel the order and the guy was a total jerk didn't ask my name or anything said get thy would get it done. So hopefully the order was cancelled probably never placed anyway. I found a better place to take my business and sounds Like they will be doing me right. Oh yeah got a text saying we want o buy your Jeep hmmm nope not useless not will be an even trade js. I will try hard not to do Business with again. If it is a last resort probably. Hope this helps someone down the road.
