He misrepresented when the vehicle would be complete to my insurance company which resulted in them cancelling my rental car. This left me without a car for three days. Not sure if it was the lack of testosterone that got me nowhere or the fact that I wasn't a hardass and used please and thank you (which Thomas did not) either way that was a horrible experience from start to finish.
