My husband called Back on your feet to see if they had a recommendation what to do. As this is a small town and not a lot of space to just be pulled over on the side of the road. The owner answered the phone at 9pm. He told us his shop wasn't far so if the trailer was still drivable we could bring it to his lot and unhook so we could go get a room with our daughter. That was a huge help. Not to often you meet someone who will go back to his lot after already being home for the evening to let us put our trailer there. The next morning he had a tire contact who was able to come help us get the tires off the trailer and the axle chained up so we could limp it back to the dealership where everything was covered under warranty. We really appreciate his help. Without it we would of been stuck on the side of the road till the next day. So from the bottom of our heart. Thank you.

Mr. Moreno is normally not open on Saturday's but he was coming into the office to catch up on some of his other car's he was working on. I explained what happened to Mr. Moreno & he and his assistant help us out and got the radiator patched. When I reached my destination I had another mechanic look at it and he said that there was very little water coming out of the radiator. The Tahoe was towed to Lubke and boy am I glad it was. Not only did they fix it that day (they knew we had to get to Texas Tech that night) but they also let us borrow a vehicle, without us asking, to go and get something to eat while they fixed it. We were also charged a fair price for the repair. It was towed to Eden, Texas and what could have been a nightmare for my husband and I, my son and his band was averted thanks to John and the Chevy Regional manager. The transmission was toast, and we had had it replaced less than 2 years before. John went to bat for us, found a hotel for my son and his friends, worked hard to get the van and the band back on the road, but safe and cared in between. As I rolled through Menard, I had the thought to google to see if there was a substantial tire shop there. Wagner's came up first and were less than 2 minutes away. What a great decision! When I asked if they could squeeze me in, they said they hoped they could get to me in 30-45 minutes. I stopped and explained this issue, the guy at the counter came out to check the pressure and fill up all my tires. I know it's a simple thing, just very thankful they were helpful and took care of it. Nothing like being stranded without cell service and luckily that was not the case. Just great service!
