We scheduled an appointment with T-Paint the following week and Brendan and Stephanie both came out and looked over our vehicle, taking pictures. They finished the estimate with lightning speed, and we made another appointment to drop off the vehicle the following week, as the repairs were pretty involved. Picking up our vehicle, the impact points on the body were totally nonexistent, and the cargo boxes mounted on the back had been re-balanced and tuned. They actually opened BETTER than beforehand (which was probably my fault as an amateur gear installer). We settled up at the front desk and drove away. Nobody WANTS to have to go to a body shop for repairs, but Brendan and Stephanie made it a true pleasure. Thanks y'all for the great work!

I don't normally write reviews, but I had a GREAT experience at Lester's Shop. I went around to a…read morefew other mechanic shops like Reliable Automotive and Good Year. These other places wanted to charge $100+ just for a quick 5 min diagnostic. Lester's was very straightforward with me as to what they thought was the problem over the phone, and didn't charge me a single thing for a diagnostic. They don't upcharge on the parts and have a very fair pricing model, and were able to diagnose the issue and change all my spark plugs for 30% cheaper than what other shops were estimating it would cost. They also gave me great advice on how to fix my bumper's scrapes, without having to refinish the whole thing. Lester's is one of the most HONEST and STRAIGHTFORWARD mechanics I've been to, and they don't try to sell you more than what you need. I had a great experience here and will definitely come back here for all my future auto/body repair needs.
