U-Haul still tried to charge me for them after the boxes were taken back to this location. I tried reaching out multiple times to have the account closed (the card on file had already expired so they couldn't charge me anymore for something I wasn't using) to which I was told to just wait for them to get around to it. I eventually didn't hear anything so I had assumed they took care of it. I get an email today saying that they couldn't charge me for the boxes. Upper management needs to do better

When we returned the truck at our drop off location we were charged an additional fee because the guy that gave us the truck for use marked on the form that we had over half a tank when we received it. We only filled it back up to the half a tank before returning it because that's how we had received it. The inside of the truck wasn't clean, the windows were filthy and hard to see out of, the mirrors were covered in dust and hard to use because of it. We had to take time to clean the truck before being able to actually leave town in it.

Angel is one of the guys here that work helping you get what you need and I can't say how great they were. Filled all the information online and picking up was just a matter of paying with a card and on the way we went. Since this is a tire and brake place and people come to get U-Hauls, They maybe busy and take a little bit to get you situated if you don't fill out your info online, but they'll come through. If I ever need another U-Haul here this is the place I will use.

My reservation was submitted at 12noon for a 6p after hours same day pickup and I received confirmation. When I arrived, I logged in to pickup truck and received a message that I needed to wait until 10a on the 12th when that location opened. Wait! What? So they want me to go back in time? Trust me, if i could, i would but for different reason. After sitting in my car for 15 minutes trying to figure out what was going on, i received a call from a U-Haul rep who tells me that for some reason this location had not completed my reservation. Remember, I had confirmation. He said he didn't know why they didn't complete the reservation but it could have been that they couldn't find the keys or just forgot. What?? Really?? The rep was able to move my reservation to a location across town.

Recently, I needed a UHaul truck, and even though she didn't have the size I needed, she found a nearby facility that did. Additionally, prior to renting at Easy Stop, I visited other storage places in the area, and Easy Stop has the easiest entry, wider access to buildings, higher ceilings, and wider hallways in climate control units. Prices are better than other facilities in the area, too.

Then she admitted that she didn't even call the Uhaul dealer who was 5 minutes away to ask them if they had pads - told us to find another Uhaul place to check! Never again with this place!
