The entire experience was unprofessional and frustrating. The driver's name is Saif Nadheer (goes by Sam). I saw a couple leave their car in a parking lot for maybe 10 seconds to see *where to better park* and a Capital employee (Roman Fuduli) ran and slapped a boot on their car. The couple was so close by, they saw Roman running and they too ran to say they would move their car, no problem. Roman shook his head and said too bad. It cost $100 to get out of that false imprisonment. The employee said "my boss calls me and then I run and put the boot on." People file complaints to the City of Austin, but nothing becomes of it.

Went to pick it up and it wouldn't start! Turns out the alternator had died at some point and the car had been running on the battery - which was also now testing bad. At this point I wasn't headed for a five star review. But Leonard's knew it was a bad look, and even though they hadn't touched the alternator or had anything to do with it, they gave me a more than fair price on the repair. But what really impressed me is they got the old battery out of my car, took it to Walmart and got a replacement (it was still under warranty) and installed the new battery for me! That was above and beyond -- I'll be going back to Leonard's for car repairs from now on.
