My husband and I have been customers of Juke with our two vehicles for typical maintenance and…read morethey've always been reliable, so when my brakes suddenly went out on my Jeep, I went to Juke for help. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Last time, Miguel made my day. Helped me diagnose a battery terminal issue, offered multiple…read moresolutions based on my budget & printed out info on it for me. BEST part was I had a huge dent in the front fender that I figured I'd pay to fix later this year yet upon pick up the dent was gone!? (Matt?) worked on my car and went completely out of his way to fix the dent. Total cloud 9 jaw drop! Sarah, Forrest, the gentlemen with fun colored hair... everyone is helpful and the biz is so well structured and efficient. No one likes spending on a broken down car but somehow I always walk out of here feeling like my car should break down again just so I can come back lol

Recently purchased a Ram 1500 Sport. I am very pleased with the truck. Very good ride. My…read moresalesman , Daniel was very good to work with. Was able to answer my questions. He was not forceful and was a big help in my purchase process and I appreciate his assistance. Every thing went well till I was handed off to the financial manager. The financial manager lied to be, saying that the bank required me to purchase Gap insurance. I advised him that I already had it with my insurance company and he said that would not work. They required me to purchase what they had to offer. Comparing the two policies, my savings with my insurance company would be about 300 for the life of the loan. The signing process went quick and no time to read, he did not even give me a copy of what I signed. Said that it would be a while for him to make copies. Made it sound like hours, and said they would send me copies. I got the paperwork today and read it. The Gap insurance page says that it is not required to get the loan from the bank. Called and talked with the bank and the guy laughed when I told him what the Financial Manger said. I called to discuss it, and the dealership said the lady who handles the cancelations works between 8-5. I do not like the fact that I was lied to and forced to purchase something that I did not need or want since I already pay for it at a much better rate. While the contract says it can be canceled within ten days, it is the fact that I was lied to. He took my positive experience and turned it into a bad experience. The salesman went out of his way to help, this guy should of had a can of Vaseline on his desk. I would buy from Daniel again, but I will not do so if this is the only guy who can sign the paperwork. A true used-car salesman mentality. If he is the only one who can close the deals, then I would say stay away. At least do not trust him.

I took my wife's 2022 VW Passat for an oil change to this dealership on 07/29/26. AFTER finishing…read morethe service, they showd me a picture of a section of the oil pan, with what appeared like new oil on one of the bolts. I told them that is weird as the vehicle was NOT leaking oil and I would take them to my house where it's normally parked so they can see for themselves. They quoted me around $900 to "fix" it, but I declined. The next morning when my wife left to work with the vehicle, there was a massive oil stain where the vehicle stood for the night. I called the dealership, who told me to bring in the vehicle. THEN all of a sudden there was a substantial leak due to the pan being plastic, and it just worsened. They are claiming they did NOTHING wrong, it's the oil pan and want me to pay for what I believe they messed up. I also found out from someone else who also took a VW Jetta to service there, that they had the exact same issue there. Someone also took a VW Golf to be serviced there, same thing - from NO OIL leaks before the oil service, to sudden oil leak and damaged oil pan! How convenient, and what a way to make extra hundereds of Dollars off clients. This is a dealership that will screw you over and not flinch, by the looks of it. I have never dealt with such a pathetic service department in the past. I would NOT even take a wheelbarrow there for a tire-change after my experience. I tried to get the Service manager to drive (at my cost) to my house to then show me the oil leaks that should have been on my driveway (under the carport) IF the vehicle was leaking oil, as they suggest. He obviously denied my offer, because he knew they would then not have a leg to stand on.

Last Saturday my daughters and I were traveling back to San Angelo from San Antonio when I learned…read morethe light bulb which powered my left turn signal light in the front of the vehicle was out. Thankfully, the rear light worked but it was blinking a million times a second which warned me that it was next to fail. I thankfully and prayerfully made it home safe and called Mitchell Toyota yesterday (Monday) to see if they had any appointments to get my light fixed. The Customer Service Associate told me to come in after 1:30 p.m. and I was seen as soon as I arrived. I went to the Parts Department and was helped by a very pleasant Associate who gave me a "Military Discount" on the bulb I needed. What's more, Toyota DID NOT charge for the Labor of installing the bulb (Fist Pump! And Fist Pump Again!) I waited about 30 minutes in the Waiting Room after paying for my bulb, but was very happy to learn my vehicle was ready. While I have read the previous reviews, I am glad to report my experience was everything that I have come to expect of Toyota after having owned one for almost 20 years. While in San Angelo, I definitely plan to come back to this location for my automotive needs. Until the next bulb blows ~

Called this dealership on Tuesday to set up an appointment to have my 2022 Toyota Tundra serviced…read more The lady at the service desk spoke to me in a manner unbecoming a business who actually NEEDS all the business they can get. She sounded irritated and as if I interrupted her - perhaps she was busy on her FB page - not sure - but very unfriendly! I then called the front desk/reception and again spoke to someone NOT TOO friendly, but also not rude. I asked to speak to the GM - was then told he was in a meeting. I asked WHO he was, to which she at first sounded reluctant to give his name - then after asking again - she said it was "Sean". I asked her to please ask him to call me - she said she would give him the message. Today is Friday, May 20th, and NO call has come from "Sean" - the GM! As a business owner for many years, I am amazed how businesses like this are still in business! Is it ONLY about selling new vehicles (but then) they even suck at that! I went to them over a year ago looking at trading my 2018 GMC with very low mileage, and buying a Toyota Tacoma (I ended up buying a BRAND NEW one from Brunner Toyota in Brownwood - which means they lost that deal) - I was told by the "salesman" that he cannot give me a price on my GMC and that he needs to speak to his manager and that they will get back to me! It has been over a year, and I still have not received that call! Bet you IF I ran my business like this, I would not be in business, let alone employ people who do not know HOW to speak to potential customers! I will now take my vehicle to Abilene to get serviced - yet another loss for this business! It seems that they THINK they are doing us a favor by "servicing" our vehicles - forgetting they are getting PAID to do it! Really, is this where we are heading as a society?
