The Tahoe was towed to Lubke and boy am I glad it was. Not only did they fix it that day (they knew we had to get to Texas Tech that night) but they also let us borrow a vehicle, without us asking, to go and get something to eat while they fixed it. We were also charged a fair price for the repair. GREAT PLACE AND GREAT PEOPLE, we are a Chevy family (4 of them) and our next Chevy we buy, we'll go out there to buy it....YES they were that friendly!

It was towed to Eden, Texas and what could have been a nightmare for my husband and I, my son and his band was averted thanks to John and the Chevy Regional manager. The transmission was toast, and we had had it replaced less than 2 years before. John went to bat for us, found a hotel for my son and his friends, worked hard to get the van and the band back on the road, but safe and cared in between. In addition, Chevy footed the bill for the hotel, their food AND the repairs of the van. It was the right thing to do, it was superior service and we were so thankful. This is the first Chevy we have ever owned and I can assure you it will not be the last. As I rolled through Menard, I had the thought to google to see if there was a substantial tire shop there. Wagner's came up first and were less than 2 minutes away. What a great decision! When I asked if they could squeeze me in, they said they hoped they could get to me in 30-45 minutes. Mr. Moreno is normally not open on Saturday's but he was coming into the office to catch up on some of his other car's he was working on. I explained what happened to Mr. Moreno & he and his assistant help us out and got the radiator patched. My husband and I have been customers of Juke with our two vehicles for typical maintenance and…read morethey've always been reliable, so when my brakes suddenly went out on my Jeep, I went to Juke for help. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.

Cactus Jack's Auto Repair We were towing our little Casita…read moretravel trailer in an area that is about as far from a Mercedes dealer as you can get in the USA. We stopped briefly at a dollar store to grab a couple of things and the engine started misfiring and the check engine light came on! We were nearly 300 miles from home. Nearly the same from the nearest dealership! But it seemed to be running semi smoothly above 2,000 rpm, so proceed the 20 miles to our next camping destination and take it from there. It was Saturday afternoon. We will get nothing done until Monday, so we might as well relax. Over Sunday, I checked on local auto repair businesses. I found a first choice. Went there Monday morning, first thing. There was a for sale sign up and it was locked up. Came across a second, quite by accident, but their ODBC tester had been stolen. Also the shop was FULL of dust covered cars, just sitting there in various by states of disrepair and disassembly. They recommended that I go to the local O'Rilley's and have them diagnose the problem. He got out his pocket sized tester and informed me there was an ignition problem with the number four cylinder, maybe the plug, maybe the coil, but "Cactus Jack's Auto Repair" had the best ODBC tester in town and they also had a "crackerjack mechanic". I drove over there and met "Kris". I instantly felt a whole lot more hopeful. He got out his big ODBC tester and confirmed that the number four cylinder was the problem. It was at least the plug (I was due for new plugs anyway) and probably the coil too. He said he could have the parts by Tuesday at two. I showed up at the appointed time and two and a half hours later I was back on the road, running like a dream. I experienced only sound, confident, competent, professionalism. I would feel comfortable taking this car, or any other vehicle to Cactus Jack's for ANY mechanical issue. Solid, honest customer service, at its finest. I highly recommend this establishment

It took us a bit of time to work with our roadside assistance to identify a tower. Craig appreciated the updates and met us at Pilot within 2 minutes of showing up. He found out that our problem was a loosened oil plug. He found the plug and filled our oil, charging us his flat show up fee only. It was his recommendation to meet at Pilot, which allowed us to purchase oil there and potentially any other minor automotive piece that might have been needed.
