I explained what happened to Mr. Moreno & he and his assistant help us out and got the radiator patched. When I reached my destination I had another mechanic look at it and he said that there was very little water coming out of the radiator. Drove home, light never went out, called them and spoke to the same call taker, and asked why the check engine was still lit. Her response was that I only requested a diagnosis and not a repair.

The techs did not fix the problem, and on top of that did not do their due diligence to make sure the problem actually was fixed. We were informed that if we were to bring it back we would be charged in full again, even though the problem was not resolved. On top of that, we were told all "fluids, etc" were checked and were "good" when in fact the transmission fluid was extremely low. Basically empty, likely causing if not contributing to the problem. These techs rush through jobs and cut corners. I would never bring another vehicle to them ever again.
