I explained what happened to Mr. Moreno & he and his assistant help us out and got the radiator patched. When I reached my destination I had another mechanic look at it and he said that there was very little water coming out of the radiator. Got an appointment for 11:30. When I got my car back, the check engine light was still on. Drove home, light never went out, called them and spoke to the same call taker, and asked why the check engine was still lit. Her response was that I only requested a diagnosis and not a repair.

The techs did not fix the problem, and on top of that did not do their due diligence to make sure the problem actually was fixed. We were informed that if we were to bring it back we would be charged in full again, even though the problem was not resolved. On top of that, we were told all "fluids, etc" were checked and were "good" when in fact the transmission fluid was extremely low. Basically empty, likely causing if not contributing to the problem. These techs rush through jobs and cut corners. I would never bring another vehicle to them ever again.

Trying their best to make sure that everything was good to go and that the customer was satisfied. Informed me that Wednesday is the day to save money on your oil change. That is "Ladies Day!" Even if you are a guy, if you bring a lady with you, they will still give you the discount too. Both bays are open and they keep the line moving. I think the total time was less than 30min. Did go by the shop and tech pulled dipstick and read wrong to cover the fact they shorted me 2 quarts of oil and owner agreed with the tech. I can forgive a little mistake but ignoring records that the car tkaes 6 quarts not 4 and causing damages to the car and actively doing shady things to lie about messing up is unacceptable.

The tow truck delivered it to Destination Ford. We found that a recall might apply to the situation and called Destination Ford first thing Monday morning. The service manager's first concern was whether our daughter was stranded there in Brady. On finding all was ok there, he then committed to getting our car in line for service. Destination Ford's mechanics had the car ready to pick up Wednesday and it has run fine since. Thanks for helping us so quickly and professionally!
