The Tahoe was towed to Lubke and boy am I glad it was. Not only did they fix it that day (they knew we had to get to Texas Tech that night) but they also let us borrow a vehicle, without us asking, to go and get something to eat while they fixed it. We were also charged a fair price for the repair. GREAT PLACE AND GREAT PEOPLE, we are a Chevy family (4 of them) and our next Chevy we buy, we'll go out there to buy it....YES they were that friendly!

It was towed to Eden, Texas and what could have been a nightmare for my husband and I, my son and his band was averted thanks to John and the Chevy Regional manager. The transmission was toast, and we had had it replaced less than 2 years before. John went to bat for us, found a hotel for my son and his friends, worked hard to get the van and the band back on the road, but safe and cared in between. In addition, Chevy footed the bill for the hotel, their food AND the repairs of the van. It was the right thing to do, it was superior service and we were so thankful. This is the first Chevy we have ever owned and I can assure you it will not be the last. My husband and I want to thank Lubke Chevrolet, John the Service Manager, the Regional Service Manager and Chevy corporate. You have earned a very loyal customer forever!

After several hours of poor responses from AAA we asked for a recommendation from the local shop that diagnosed the car. These guys come highly recommended and are reputable. They showed up when they said they would, took care in hooking up the car and made sure to get the car and my son safely to a dealer in San Antonio. They are just plain good people.

We hotshot all through the United States and happened to have our 10 year old with us on one last trip before going back to school. My husband called Back on your feet to see if they had a recommendation what to do. As this is a small town and not a lot of space to just be pulled over on the side of the road. The owner answered the phone at 9pm. He told us his shop wasn't far so if the trailer was still drivable we could bring it to his lot and unhook so we could go get a room with our daughter. That was a huge help. Not to often you meet someone who will go back to his lot after already being home for the evening to let us put our trailer there. The next morning he had a tire contact who was able to come help us get the tires off the trailer and the axle chained up so we could limp it back to the dealership where everything was covered under warranty. We really appreciate his help. Without it we would of been stuck on the side of the road till the next day. So from the bottom of our heart. Thank you.

Kelly is one of the last trustworth mechanics in America. We got towed in after hours with a…read morebusted transmission while on a cross country road trip in our RV. He quickly had a new Jasper Transmission ordered, and was more than welcoming to us. It took several days for our parts to arrive, and he offered for us to stay in our camper on his property for free. He even let us connect to his electric to run our air conditioner. I watched the employees of Kelly's Auto Shop for a week, and they were absolutely always the pinnacle of professional and kind. Bryon is an extremely knowledgeable expert in auto repair, and could diagnose problems immediately and have them fixed in quick order. Kyle is a by-the-book perfectionist who treated every vehicle as if it was his own. He's young and smart, and a fantastic person. Kelly (the owner) is a great "old style" mechanic. He's worked on every kind of vehicle and seen every type of problem. He's well versed in cars and also isn't afraid to get his hands dirty and fix something when it needs fixing. Kelly and his entire crew are great people, and you'd be foolish to use any other repair shop in town. These guys are legends.
