When I spoke with an account manager she was very rude and would not let me speak to anyone else. She said their answer would be the same. She said they did send out an email (strange I never received it). She said she would also send me a picture they took (never received that either). Her answer basically was not to park in front of my house anywhere in the vicinity of the dumpster from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on pick up day since they also do not guarantee what time they will be at a residence. I am a single parent of four kids, we have a lot of trash that now does not fit in our dumpster and I have been a loyal, pay-on-time customer for almost three years. I wrongly attributed three weeks of missed recycle and bulk pickups to the company, when in fact, it was my own fault for a screw up made when I attempted to make the calendar "easier to read / interpret". For the last three weeks, I got my schedule backwards, so the missed pickups were my fault alone. As for the companies service, they are decent enough. Occasionally not all of the trash that is contained within the containers has been taken, but this is a rarity. I have yet to experience trash left along the side of my street after a pick-up, like others have posted ... my main complaints would be the transition to every-other-week recycle pickups (I preferred the weekly pickups) and the fact that they don't take glass with their recycling.

They are always willing to help you get what you need if you can't get it yourself (or it requires heavy lifting equipment). The wrecker service is also great, only needed it once and it was very reasonable and they arrived very fast!
