I wrongly attributed three weeks of missed recycle and bulk pickups to the company, when in fact, it was my own fault for a screw up made when I attempted to make the calendar "easier to read / interpret". For the last three weeks, I got my schedule backwards, so the missed pickups were my fault alone. As for the companies service, they are decent enough. Occasionally not all of the trash that is contained within the containers has been taken, but this is a rarity. I have yet to experience trash left along the side of my street after a pick-up, like others have posted ... my main complaints would be the transition to every-other-week recycle pickups (I preferred the weekly pickups) and the fact that they don't take glass with their recycling.
