I have used Bug Express gosh 7 plus years or longer not sure now, they have always done what I have asked, I never see bugs in my house except what my fly in through the front door on mishap (no one can stop that), I have dogs, cats, horses and of course living in the country you have the skunks, foxes, etc. So I am impressed by them. I have never asked for rat poison due to my feral cats, they keep the rats and mice away as well as snakes. read more

Leaving mouse bate with out putting it in the boxes. My dog got ahold of it and we had to rush her to the vet. Thank goodness my kids didn't find it. Call back and they say oh it $35 exta to put it in a box. They should had let me know from the beginning that you have to request a box and pay for it. So watch out they just leaves it all over your house were your kid or pet can get it. I never had a roach infestation we had our regular treatment that we pay for every 3 months. I called to get a quote for a flea issue and got an appointment fairly quickly! The technician came out and was quick and thorough. He treated my house and yard and explained how the process was going to work. I called for the follow-up visit and once again I was impressed with the quick turn around. The same technician came out and answered my questions that I had time to think about. Very satisfied! I was encouraged however, when I contacted Bug Express. The customer service rep was pleasant and professional. I was asked for some specifics, and encountered no upselling, only courteous service. Tray came to the home (on time), and thoroughly inspected for problems, explaining his procedures, and outcomes. Very professional in his work, and knowledge.
