We had this company spray for fleas only under our house. It took a couple of tries for them the first time they came but we had no fleas and we were happy. Our next two bills and visits were on track. Then, without warning our bill jumped about $50. Then, it was $60 added on. When I looked at the receipt, they delivered a service that we never asked for...we don't have a roach, scorpion, or other problem just a flea problem. Michelle was no help. They delivered the wrong service to us and charged us extra, but there was no refund or anything. They made the mistake but we paid for it. I was told the chemicals were already used, but all we needed was a service for fleas and nothing else. I got all kind of excuses, but I got left paying a bill for a service that I never asked for. read more

Called MDK for roach and rodent problem (yuck!) and they came out the very next morning. My experience was great from beginning to end. The receptionist was very friendly on the phone and explained all of my options. Mitch and his associate were very friendly and professional, they explained everything they were doing and gave me some tips. I was very anxious about calling someone because I've never used a pest control company in my life. MDK made the process easy and very affordable.
