They are located just under one mile from Brothers RV Park making them very convenient for me. They stock pretty much everything you would need for any kind of RV or camper. I had them come out for a service call to fix my furnace. It was a simple fix and the work was completed inside the minimum half hour you pay for a service call. I also had them fix my glitchy radio system in the left over time remaining. I bought a "curved leveler" from the parts store. Tara, Sarah, Scott, and Kurtis were so helpful. We are from out of town. Not only did they fit us in, they fixed our AC, replaced a water cap, taped a light for us, replaced a screw, and showed us an issue with our back bumper. Well, called and talked to Robert and was told to send VIN number and other info for our trailer so he could looK and see if there had been any recalls etc. He said to call that next Monday and set a day to bring it in on Wed, Thurs or Fri that same week to get an estimate on the repair needed. I sent the info and called back on Monday.....he tells me that he won't have an opening to bring it in until over a month later. What?? That's not what you said on our call. He tells me that people say they willl send the info in all the time and never do. He finally says bring it Thursday. They were closed that Thursday when we took it. There were other guys there that didn't know anything about it. Thankfullly they let us drop it off. Robert called back the next day and explained that he didn't want anything to do with it that it was way too much work. He just said to come get it. It took us a couple days to get there and he then threatened to bill us for storage, he later apologized for the threat since he meant to send it to someone else. He never checked for recalls or did anything he said he would do. I highly discourage purchasing anything because he isn't going to stand behind his word. (They sell the brand our trailer is!) and this guy runs the service and repair. Keep in mind we were aware the work Was going to cost us a lot, a whole lot. Oh well.
