They finished the estimate with lightning speed, and we made another appointment to drop off the vehicle the following week, as the repairs were pretty involved. Picking up our vehicle, the impact points on the body were totally nonexistent, and the cargo boxes mounted on the back had been re-balanced and tuned. They actually opened BETTER than beforehand (which was probably my fault as an amateur gear installer). We settled up at the front desk and drove away. I picked it up July 21st and everything initially looked great. One week later, the repaired door became noticeably duller than the rest of the truck. I contacted 360 and brought it back on August 5th. They refinished the door, but the exact same issue returned 11 days later. I contacted the owner, Frank, and brought it back a third time. I picked it up August 29th. Shortly afterward, the driver-side door began getting stuck and would not open normally. On September 19th, I had the same issue again and could clearly see that the interior door was damaged and the pins were not lining up properly with the door frame, creating a crack. I contacted Frank, but received no response, so I went to the shop personally. Frank insisted they never removed the interior door panel and refused to take responsibility for the damage. When I asked why my brand-new truck had never experienced these problems before their work, his response was, "Maybe because it's a work truck?" It is not a work truck; it is my personal vehicle. When I expressed my disappointment, Frank became hostile, repeatedly cursed at me, and told me to " F*** you, get the f*** off the property." As I was leaving, he followed me out of the parking lot in a black Chevrolet truck. After paying $1,900 and making multiple trips back to the shop, I expected the work to be done correctly and the business to stand behind it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend 360 Auto Group. If you use them, I strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting your vehicle and documenting everything before leaving the property.

I am always apprehensive with mechanics after a lot of bad experiences, I am especially nervous when it comes to my daughter's car. She had a wreck in her Corolla, Justin was recommended by a co-worker, and we had already dealt with another shop that was horrible, so we took the car to him. Justin took his time and explained everything to Desiree, he broke down the damaged area and took pictures so the estimate would be more accurate, vs just writing could have more damage and guessing on cost. He kept her in the email loop with the insurance company and explained any safety issues that could occur with specific non-OEM parts that should be OEM. The estimate the insurance provided had the model type incorrect and 3k difference in value, he worked with us to get the insurance to correct this and use OEM parts were needed, this caused the car to be a total loss. Had he not noticed the discrepancy, my daughter could have been out a lot of money, she is a college student and works two jobs, she depends on her vehicle and could not afford to pay the additional cost this would have created. His attention to detail is amazing and we owe him so much for treating my daughter like his own by putting her safety first vs just making the repairs and pocketing the money. Thank you so much!!!!
