However, the agreed arrival time was between 9:30-10:30 a.m., and he did not show up until 2:00 p.m. Regarding the service, we were having furnace issues. He cut a wire, reconnected it, and said he needed to do further research. After that, he stopped responding entirely. Six days passed with no solution, explanation, or follow-up. We had to hire another company, who diagnosed and explained the issue within the same hour. Do not recommend. Reply: If you were unable to resolve the issue, that should have been communicated to us. We should not have had to leave a review in order to get a response. Reply 2: I understand the weather conditions were unsafe and that you were busy. However, saying you didn't have time or were dealing with medical emergencies doesn't line up with the fact that you worked on a coworker's RV just two days later. During that time, we were still waiting for a solution or at the very least, a response. We had to hire another company after already wasting $220 on your "services".

I attended an RV Rally in Abilene with one slideout not operating. I called Scott based on the…read morecampground manager's recommendation. I was lucky that he had an opening the very next morning at 8:00 AM. Scott was right on time, was very methodical in troubleshooting, very collaborative in listening to what I had done to troubleshoot and very knowledgeable about my motorhome's slideout system. Everything worked when we tested it, but he thoroughly tested voltage, current, mechanical operation and wiring to make sure everything was OK. I now have a plan of action if the slide doesn't work at future stops and a resource to assist in resolving the problem if it reoccurs. I would not hesitate to use Scott again and recommend him wholeheartedly to anyone else with an RV problem.

First of all my 50 amp line was missing, but I can see how that happened since they leave rvs unlocked 24 hours a day even after me asking them numerous times to lock mine up. Jason's reply was "I've never had anything stolen". The slide still does not work even though I paid to have it fixed. Even though they replaced the seals around the slide, it still leaks. They supposedly replaced the motor on my awning but it still doesn't work. After calmly discussing these issues with Jason I said he could lose customers with that kind of service, he replied "we don't need all customers". Wow! Unfortunately, my experience was defined by poor communication, lack of transparency, and a complete disregard for commitments that had already been made. Communication throughout the process was consistently poor. Calls and text messages routinely went unanswered, and I rarely received updates when promised. When I was able to make contact, there always seemed to be an explanation for the lack of communication, but very little follow-through. For a repair project of this size and cost, that level of customer service is unacceptable. My interactions with the office manager, Jen, only added to the frustration. Communication from her was inconsistent, yet customers were expected to respond immediately and meet every expectation placed on them. When I received a vague estimate for a $14,500 repair job and was asked to put down nearly $5,000 upfront, I simply requested clarification and additional detail. This seemed like a reasonable request considering the amount of money involved, especially since the repairs were not scheduled to begin for approximately six weeks. What ultimately convinced me to take my business elsewhere was how my scheduled repair dates were handled. Ken and I had mutually agreed upon those dates well in advance. Because I live full-time in my RV and travel for work, I had to coordinate vacation time and make arrangements to be out of my home while the repairs were being completed. The company was fully aware of these circumstances. After receiving the revised estimate, I had not yet responded because I was reviewing the information and considering the significant financial commitment. In less than 24 hours, without a phone call, meaningful follow-up, or any attempt to discuss the matter, I was informed that my repair slot had been given to another customer. Considering the amount of planning required on my end and the fact that these dates had already been agreed upon, I found this decision both unprofessional and disrespectful. Ken may be a good technician and a genuinely nice person, but running a successful business requires more than technical knowledge. Customers spending thousands of dollars deserve clear communication, detailed estimates, reasonable responsiveness, and confidence that commitments will be honored. Unfortunately, that was not my experience, and I cannot recommend this company based on the way my situation was handled.
