We live between Waco Tx and Dallas and went to no less than 5 dealerships in that local area. We…read morelooked at hundreds of rigs and did our research. We knew what we wanted, how much we wanted to pay but finding the right dealership was proving to be the problem. The local dealerships would Not show us what we wanted, wouldn't listen, the prices were high, they wanted down payments before we left even though we had not committed to anything, called late at night... But we were scrolling through rv traders and saw the Exact trailer we were looking for the only problem was that it was 2+ hours away from us. We called to make sure the rig was still available before we made the drive and it was! Aaron was the salesperson we were lucky enough to talk to. By the time we reached the dealership he had the rig pulled to the front, ac hooked up, cold and the slides out. We walked through the unit and it was perfect. He told us all about the features and let us just sit and ask questions inside and outside. We went from front to back with him asking questions and him taking time with us to make sure we were satisfied. He took us to another rig just to make sure it we were satisfied with the first rv. We went inside and made an appointment to come back after they had the rig ready to pick up. When we went to pick up and sign papers we went to the back where our unit was sitting all cleaned and ready for our inspection. The guys there took us through every inch of the unit and showed us how to set it up and break it down. We met the guys in the shop and bought a few supplies. By this time we had been at the dealership about 2 hours... we had not signed papers yet and they had already spent time educating us. When we got to the business office, he had everything ready including an insurance quote! We signed paperwork and went to the back to load up our rig for a couple of days trial run. The people at clear creek from the sales team, business office. shop, make ready and even the owner are top notch! This is a family and we felt like we were part of it! Very much worth the drive. We will even use them for service! We have owned many RVs and dealt with all kinds of dealers but clear creek is by far the most outstanding!

I only noticed after reviewing my paperwork at home. ​I delivered a timely 30-day cancellation notice and am currently waiting for the full refund to post to my loan balance. Due to the lack of transparency and deceptive add-on packing during the sale ​I am submitting formal complaints with both the Texas Office of Consumer Credit Commissioner (OCCC) and the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) to report these deceptive closing tactics. Do not sign anything in their finance office without questioning every number.

I hired them to inspect and replace/repair anything that needed to be replaced or repaired on my…read moresingle axle, especially the bearings. Two weeks later the job failed leaving me stranded and out of work. Their employee, Jason, was pleasant to work with and sent a wrecker to evaluate the issue and determine cause. The arrangement was that if it was their fault, they would pay for the wrecker and the repairs. If it was not, I would be responsible for the wrecker and any repairs. I agreed and the wrecker determined it was due to faulty work, an over tightened castle nut, and it could not be fixed without being hauled into his shop. Trusting that Big Tex would make good on their word, I allowed the wrecker to take it. However, Jason's boss, Mike took over and called me at nearly 1700 on Friday to extremely rudely inform me that they would pay the tow, but not for any repairs. Thus, leaving me in even a worse situation with my trailer now another 1.5 hours even further away. He talked over me and attempted to be demeaning because I'm a woman, treating me like I didn't know anything. And that I could just take it up with corporate. So, if you want them to steal your money, not do the job they are paid to do or do it wrong, and then renege on their word, wasting more of your time and hard earned money and then speak degradingly to you, then yes, go there.
