I attended an RV Rally in Abilene with one slideout not operating. I called Scott based on the campground manager's recommendation. I was lucky that he had an opening the very next morning at 8:00 AM. Scott was right on time, was very methodical in troubleshooting, very collaborative in listening to what I had done to troubleshoot and very knowledgeable about my motorhome's slideout system. Everything worked when we tested it, but he thoroughly tested voltage, current, mechanical operation and wiring to make sure everything was OK. I now have a plan of action if the slide doesn't work at future stops and a resource to assist in resolving the problem if it reoccurs.
