Was not a high quality vehicle and we knew that when purchasing Because i am working to restore it. But during the car buying process he had me sign an arbitration agreement That he explained to me was an agreement for them to pay up to 1500 dollars if anything goes wrong with the vehicle. Turned out it was me signing away my rights to hold them legally responsible in anyway if anything goes wrong with it. As well as when he was explaining to me that the car I was purchasing had bumper to bumper warranty still. I asked him if anything could void that warranty. Which he assured me that wouldn't happen. After ward finding out that in truth CAN happen. if I knew that ,then I wouldn't have purchased the vehicle without asking for a dealer warranty of some kind instead of as is. The friendly caring persona turned out to be the false Shady dealership vibe that leaves a sour taste in my mouth And our salesman's name was Xavier If you look in the reviews an Xavier A left a review to bump up the star rating Wouldn't be surprised if most of the other reviews are fabricated

Got there and waited 40 minutes before we were approached by sales rep. We are from out of town and only went to Echo Park because of their seven day return policy. Time to find out it doesn't apply if you have a trade-in. Also, if it exceeds 250 miles that dishonor the seven day return policy as well. Plus a $700 protection spray that MUST be purchased on all vehicles. At this point 99% chance I wouldn't get a car here. Just waiting to get trade in value and "bottom dollar" Sales manager is quite deceptive, brash, emotionless in his dealings. We fell into the old wait wait wait wait wait and wait longer game with this cast of clowns. Problem is the longer I wait the more furious I get. The presentation took past 5:00 PM. Which means we couldn't go to the bank and get a cashiers check., as they will only accept $5000 on a debit card, which forces you into financing - go figure. Example of their magical math. Sticker price on the car was $23k, had a $4k trade in, bottom line was $22k - GOT MY KEYS FROM MY TRADE IN AND WENT HOME I couldn't get the bottom dollar until I got my keys and was leaving after a 30 minute wait ! When this was brought to the sales manager's attention the response was, "we used to deal in higher end vehicles and now we deal in lower quality" the manager did not want to see the leak or acknowledge it was there. According to him their company standard is "a leak that doesn't touch the ground is considered seepage" That was all we needed to hear to exit the conversation.

We made a reservation for a trailer at this location. We arrived at the location to pick up and the…read moresign said open but the door was locked. There was a piece of paper in the window that said to call a number if picking up a Uhaul. We called and called, at least 15 times over 15 minutes leaving a message, but no one answered. There was also another customer trying to drop off a truck and he was calling as well. I called the main Uhaul number and they also called multiple numbers for the business, but they did not get an answer either. Eventually, we heard through a camera speaker someone talking. The man had an attitude and said to call the number, the same one we and Uhaul had been calling. We tried calling it again and he still didn't answer despite just then telling us to call. I was on the phone with Uhaul and had them change our reservation to a different location. I would not recommend this location.
