This place has been amazing!…read more There's nothing worse than a car salesman talking over you and being over bearing to sell a car, claiming they have a car when in actuality it's been sold and they just want you to come in to show you something you didn't want. Avis has been patient, amazing, and to the point. Quen was my car salesmen and was so down to earth. After the hell I've been through at other dealerships, it's Quen that would have me come back if I needed another car! Also as most dealerships require a review, they did not ask me to write one. I genuinely wanted to share how great this place is.

A Tale of Two Experiences 3.5/5 The Personal Side: I got…read morecaught in an awkward position due to some internal drama between dealership staff. Things felt even weirder when we walked into the finance office and one of the employees had his coworkers staring at my wife and me. I just smiled, waved, and kept moving. The Business Side: Outside of that, it was a standard dealership transaction. We haggled back and forth, but ultimately landed a great deal. Erik was pleasant and professional throughout the process. Jonathan, the finance manager, was awesome and he beat out USAA's interest rate, respected my time, and got us out the door quickly. The Bottom Line: At the end of the day, I separate personal awkwardness from business. I go where the best deal is, so if the price is right in the future, I would buy here again.

When it came to the actual purchase of my vehicle, I would easily give them a solid five stars. The…read morebuying experience itself was positive, and I have no complaints about the purchase. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been a very different story. My first maintenance service was great--I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time, and everything seemed to go smoothly. Unfortunately, the second service was the complete opposite. What should have been a routine one-to-two-hour maintenance visit turned into a five-and-a-half-hour ordeal. What makes this particularly frustrating is that the extended service was apparently necessary because, during my first maintenance service, the drain plug and gasket were not replaced as required by the manufacturer. Between the two maintenance intervals, the plug and gasket deteriorated and melted onto the oil pan, eventually creating an opening that resulted in oil seepage. While I understand that additional time was needed to correct the problem, the fact that the issue originated from the previous service is extremely concerning. To me, this reflects a level of neglect and incompetence that should never occur during routine maintenance. The lack of communication only made matters worse. During the five-and-a-half-hour wait, I received virtually no updates from the service advisor. I eventually had to take it upon myself to follow up and find out what was happening, while the advisor was able to go to lunch during that time. As a customer who had already been waiting for several hours, I found that incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I finally received my vehicle and can only hope the problem was properly resolved and that there are no further issues. Unfortunately, shortly after leaving, I noticed that two lug nut covers were missing. At that point, my eye was definitely twitching. After everything that had already happened, discovering that something as simple as lug nut covers had been overlooked further eroded what little trust I had left in the service department. Ultimately, I would still give the vehicle purchase experience five stars. However, the service department is an entirely different story. The combination of what appears to be neglect and incompetence, poor communication, excessive wait times, and a lack of attention to detail has significantly damaged my confidence in their ability to properly care for my vehicle. I sincerely hope this was an isolated experience, but after this visit, I am left questioning whether I can trust them with my vehicle in the future.

My only minor complaint is they do try to upsell you on extra items. Finally 15 minutes later, got the person I had been speaking to and had a quick 5 minute chat, then I was told the vehicle wasn't at the lot, but only 5 minutes away. 25 minutes later, still nothing and no follow up. I texted the initial rep, but did not even get a response until after I had left that the vehicle was now on the lot. I explained I had other commitments and could not stay without any updated and had to leave. I also asked to speak with a manager, and did eventually get a call back and that is when a bad situation went worse. I am in the customer service business and was shocked with how they do things there. The manager made it sound as if they had to go out of their way to get vehicle from another lot, even though I told him I went to the one instructed by their sales team. Very passive aggressive attitude and surprising to say the least. Extremely disappointed by the lack of organization, communication and especially the way potential customers are treated. They may sell quality vehicles, but unfortunately I will not know as I cannot do business with a company such as that.
