Sister bought a beautiful convertible here and a year later let me take over the payments. What a beauty. One of my favorite cars ever.

Nonetheless, I not only consider the owner Bill Norris a man of honor, I consider him a friend.

The offers from the other dealerships were jokes for the car I was selling. Went to CarMax as the last resort and they quickly confirmed the appraisal and came back with a bit less but almost $5k higher than the other offers. I took it! They were very busy but had water, TVs, and phone charging stations. Every employee I had an interaction with was very friendly. The restrooms (women, atleast) were clean. So glad I decided to avoid the CarMax naysayers in my family and friends!! Will 100% recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy a car.

I really wanted to give this place five stars but I could not. Their online approval and…read moreapplication process is great, except what happens once you're done. When you are done, you start getting communication from five different people to complete your process. Every single person tells you, you are done...and youre not. Every single new phone call comes with a new application process or paperwork that is not done. The last person finally told me I was ready to go.And they had an express appointment for me to pick up my car. When I was six minutes away, I get a phone call to complete the process... Needless to say I was very upset. I finally get there and have to fill out a lot of the paperwork I already filled out because, for some reason, it was not filled out. After all was said and done, despite the promise of an express process, they now had to go get the car and clean it because it was not ready to go. The car was great and I have not had issues with it and the price was good... But if only they could work on the service.

USAA members - they do not want your business. They are very slow and, according to their finance guy Ray, "don't like doing business with them." How World Car lives in San Antonio and has employees like Ray confuses me. Ray was rude to USAA financing on the phone (watched that live) and personally rude to me. If the GM has not gotten involved, I would have left. Their paperwork processes are horrible. We had the deal done - and I waited in the dealership for 4 hours. I wish I could have taken a nap. The car had a flat tire. No biggie, they offered to replace it. But no one replaces one tire and they wouldn't replace two. So, I offered to buy the second since it is unsafe to have one mismatched tire. They couldn't make that happen - so I have to go find a replacement tire on my own. You always want to feel good about purchasing a new car. Joe can hook you up with that feeling but every other part of this dealership will leave you wishing you had gone somewhere else.

If I could give them zero rating I would. My Son in law was called to do an interview there, he was…read moredressed very nice, showed up early, excited because this is his first job interview at a dealership. He was approached by a Salesman who asked him if he needed help and when he advised that he was there for an interview, the Salesman quickly changed his demeanor and told him they would not talk to him because he needed to change into a suit and tie and that he could go down the street to the Goodwill and get one and then maybe returned. I'd understand if My son showed up in some cut up jeans or tshirt or maybe even in his tennis shoes but he showed up in boots, nice pants and a button up collared Magellan Shirt. My son was literarily shocked by his words, but still didn't retaliate and just said no thank you and left. While sitting in the car, another dealer called him and he went right over, he immediately apologized up front and told them that he understands that he may not be dressed appropriately for this type of interview but that he was a hard worker and really interested in the job and the Salesman there was like no worries we don't judge you by what your wearing and even told him that they provide Polo shirts for their workers. He then proceeded to meet the hiring Manager and they we're impressed by his interview and hired him on the spot. He now is employed for Nissan right across the street! People need to not judge a person by their cover but by their work ethic, I'll never buy from that dealer and will continue to spread the word. it's no wonder this dealership has a low rating from others and glad my son is NOT a part of this team.
