The process for me buying truck was a long process. I started probably around January and met one of the most friendliest and professional but cool sale people ever. The wonderful person was Daniela Cantu. She showed me all the trucks I wanted to look at and when I wanted a little space to think she gave it happily without. That was great. Purchased a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe August 2024. My car I was driving was not operative and I was desperate for a vehicle. The car seemed like a good fit and the salesman stated it was a good car and he had sold many. I had the car for a few months and noticed it used an excessive amount of oil. I would replace the oil not thinking it was the engine. I proceeded to approach the manager to see what could be done and he said he cannot help me bc it was a month beyond the year. I felt they knew that the car engine was not good and took advantage of a woman who had no knowledge of this particular car engine. Foolishly bc I was desperate, I did not do my research. I then approached the manager, Mr Zimmerman of the situation. He quoted me 3500 trade in value and I informed him, I owe 14,000. He said he was not able to do anything for me! Overall I feel they sold me a car that they knew that the engine was not good and took advantage. They were dishonest and did not reveal the truth. Recently took our Ford Bronco to this dealership for recall work and was extremely disappointed with their service. The day before my appointment, my Bronco overheated, and I mentioned this to the service advisor. He told me the issue was likely the water pump, which is a known problem. Despite this, I was charged an additional $250 for a "diagnosis" fee, even though the vehicle was already on the lift for the recall work and they knew what the issue was. A few days later, the dealership quoted me an outrageous $6,600 to replace the water pump - $1,600 for the pump itself and $4,800 to flush the coolant. This price was ridiculously high, so I called 2 other ford dealerships, along with our mechanic who confirmed my thoughts and ended up getting it done for $1,100. After the recall work was completed, i went to pick up the car to take to my mechanic. After paying the $250 diagnosis fee, the service advisor then followed me outside and asked me NOT! to fill out the performance review or survey because he claimed any rating below a 5 would be considered a failure and would impact his livelihood. When I received the survey, it came from the service director, Steve Tower. I informed him about my experience and the inflated quote, but he was dismissive and said I was misinformed. I called other Ford dealerships and mechanics, all of whom confirmed that the price quoted by this dealership was unreasonably high. My take away from Jordan Ford. 1. Inflated prices 2. Inflated reviews, they Will ask you not to review if they think you will give them anything less than a 5 or have anything negative to say. 3. Upper management is ok with both. I think it's time I finally drop the bomb on this company, or maybe just establishment. That and contemplate why I haven't done so already, let alone why I haven't filed a lawsuit yet. Where to start. First off, over a year in a half ago maybe 2 years now, my 2020 Ford ECOSPORT was having an "intel Fuel issue", which I immediately contacted the dealership, whom then forwarded me to the manufacturer. This was before my 60,000 mile manufacturer warranty. I was told that the issue had nothing to do with the manufacturer being able to cover (told on multiple occasions upon calling multiple times throughout the year). My car sat in my parking lot for a year plus at which point I unfortunately had to barrow a vehicle from a dear friend until I either A: scooped up enough money to resolve the situation via mechanic or B: Ford would follow up with a solution (which they never did). One day, out of the blue, my insurance notified me of a recall on my vehicle that had been issued 3 months prior... my INSURANCE notified me, not Ford manufacture, not my Ford dealership. My Insurance that I was STILL paying aside to my $515 car payment I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE. Now this is where the real f*cked up part is. The recall was the exact issue I called the manufacturer for in the first place over a year before! So my car sat in my parking lot, unable to start, my lines were getting clogged, and my battery died (which I replaced RIGHT BEFORE they finally towed it to the dealer). After a few days or so of them "graciously" giving me loaner cars for the inconvenience of the recall that should have been issued a year ago, they finally got back to me and told me "your battery is dead, we need you to pay for a new one"... I JUST replaced it.... But, lacking time to argue about the situation, I used my AutoZone warranty to replace it and brushed it off my shoulder. A month or so later, they finally get back to me on the recall being finished guaranteeing that my whole ENGINE had been swapped along with my fuel lines. Long behold, they informed me that the vehicle still would not start due to an intel fuel issue... didn't you JUST do a full engine swap and a fuel line replacement??? Now I sat there with my hands behind my back with only ONE option. But a f*cking car. Staying as cordial and professional as possible, I went through the options, discussed payment plans, and even was informed that I'd be getting a few added in perks such as a maintenance plan (which implied oil changes and tire rotations). Fast forward to today (April 23rd 2025). I got my 1st oil change done at about 5500 miles. As I'm getting my keys, the gentleman proceeded to inform me that I have a payment. Immediately I showed my concern and mentioned I'm paying extra for what? Eventually upon disputing the situation which too over 30 minutes, I finally was let go scotch free with a few "reward points" added to my file to guarantee I'd be getting this oil change along with the next free. Took my car in for a safety recall. They called me later that day to tell me my car was ready. I picked it up and headed home. When I got home I put my car in reverse and got the exact same error message as before I took it in. I returned to the dealership where I was told they did the repairs ford tells them to. I told them it didn't work. I took a picture of the error display and showed them. They said I could leave my car with them and they would look at it. Long detailed review is because last year I left a short bad review on google. Two and a half hours for an oil change is too long. An oil change should take no more than an hour. To suggest that I need a coolant flush just based on the miles is asinine. I had my coolant flushed at another shop about 8 months ago. I went in for an oil change and the Jordan Ford service department suggested I do a coolant flush, change my cabin filter and do an injector cleaning service. If they are going to show a video saying I need additional work completed, then the video should show me why. Don't just show me a video scanning the top of my motor. For example, if my coolant needed to be flushed why not show me a video of my dirty coolant or it leaking, or something? If my cabin filter is dirty maybe show me the dirty filter. The example for the coolant is better because how hard is that? Just open the cap and look at the coolant. The example for the cabin filter is a little more difficult but for a mechanic that does these things day in and day out, again not that hard, and if they did show a video of a dirty filter from my vehicle, this shows excellent customer service, going that extra mile to show that someone may need a $160 service for a part that costs $15. Not sure what your refresh service does but a little extreme if you ask me. The injector cleaning is the only service I can see being completed, but after feeling like Jordan Ford is trying to get one up on me, no thank you. Even $90 for an oil change and tire rotation is extreme. In retrospect now. Probably shouldn't have got a tire rotation but I am not someone who does not have much time to spare so, I said yes. Not sure if I will ever go back to this business for anything. I had an issue with Jordan Ford, almost a year ago exactly and stopped going for some time because of their poor service, but the new shop I go to is not open on weekends and weekends are my only availability currently. Oh and the bad experience I had... I took that all the way to the top brass at their service department and they did not even try to compensate me to retain me as a customer. It's OK. I will demote myself to another service like Firestone or something similar. I am military and have always gone to dealerships for superior service. People typically have less of a chance of being ripped off or deceived, and it is universally accepted that a dealership will back their work. This meant a lot to me. I guess the joke is on me though. Don't trust anyone now. I do not anticipate going back to Jordan Ford anytime soon. One last thing how can you not have some military discount or military program being so close to a military post? Can you explain to me how Jordan Ford supports the military and their Veterans? I even convinced family and friends to use Jordan Ford...Every single thing they do they want a review for and to hear good job. I gave them good reviews... I tried my best to be a good customer. When I went past the mileage they refused to do the maintenance I had paid for....Jordan Ford screwed me for $50, I bought 2 vehicles from them and had all maintenance done through them...I payed them for a service and they refused to do it and kept the money. I was in an accident let them do the repairs... I asked them to figure a cost effective way to take care of a separate issue... They only offered full price options, Then they tried to rip me off for the film that was supposed to go on the windshield. Avoid this service center! I brought my F150 in for a routine service but will never do so again. In the future, I will absolutely take it to Bluebonnet Ford in New Braunfels!! I purchased locking lug-nuts for the vehicle a while back. During the service, the technician broke one of the locking lug-nuts and I was informed later with the video that details the service. I was called about the incident and was told that I would be charged for the locking lug-nut if I wanted it replaced. (Eric Gomez) I explained that they should replace the part that they broke because it was something that happened during the service. I explained that I was not upset at the technician and understood that parts break over time. But the fact that the technician broke it remains and that they should offer a replacement. The manager insisted that I must have broken it or it was damaged previously. I stated that this was not the case and that I was unhappy with their solution of having to purchase another set. He offered 1 locking lug-nut from another set and a different lug-nut key. So, I now have 2 different keys (1 key for 1 lug-nut & another key for the other 3). They even refused to order a lug-nut with the reorder code which would have been a solution to replace the 1 lug-nut that they broke. I accepted their offer of the additional lug-nut and additional key and immediately drove to Bluebonnet Ford. I explained to the manager my dilemma and was taken care of immediately. He even was able to cover the cost with the warranty that was offered. So, please avoid Jordan Ford service center like the plague and take your vehicle to Bluebonnet Ford (830) 606-8011. If I could give you guys no stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with the automotive and services they did on my 2020 Ford Explorer. They ran a diagnostic reset on the Ford Explorer due to the liftgate no functioning and according to the technician there was nothing wrong with it stating it was working fine and proceeded to charge me $209 for the diagnostic test. I received my vehicle back, it was working while I was there but when I left shortly after I started experiencing the same issues with the liftgate not opening again. Giving Ford a bad name. MILITARY STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HELP YOU. YOU WILL BE OVER CHARGED!!!! My wife who is an active duty service member, wife, purchased a 2023 Ford Mustang Mach-E from Jordan Ford on 9/29/23. She got approved by Ford Financing for 0% financing for 60 months, which was awesome. She went and saw the Mustang and fell in love. We sat down to do the paperwork and were first explained about the lease options and then purchase options. It was explained that since we bought our trade-in out of state, that they would have to tax us for the full price of the Mustang instead of only taxing us the difference between the trade and the selling price of the Mustang. Stating it is Texas law that the trade-in has to be purchased here in Texas for a person to only be taxed the difference between the trade-in and the price of a car. It sounded weird but we are not from here and thought it was maybe true(THIS IS TOTALLY FALSE A PERSON IS NOT TO PAY THE FULL SALES TAX ON SALE THAT HAS A TRADE-IN SINCE THEY ARE ONLY CHARGING YOU THE DIFFERENCE). So with that information and seeing I was not saving money on the taxes we went with the lease option we were presented with. This seemed a little better, the monthly payment was less plus they told us that Ford was giving us a credit on the lease for the taxes so there weren't any due until we decided to purchase it at the end of the lease(THIS WAS A LIE I CALLED FORD CREDIT AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE WHO BROKE DOWN ALL THE LEASE CHARGES INCLUDING THE HIDDEN ONES THEY DIDN'T TALK ABOUT AT THE DEALERSHIP). After looking at the paperwork the next day. I noticed that although the lease was cheaper monthly we were going to be paying over 8,000 more for the lease option instead of financing it. I went back to the dealership and they did make that right and reversed the lease and let us finance the Mustang instead. It was very misleading and we honestly felt pressured and led into the lease option, as it was explained that it would mean that we would have to come back for another car. During the process of filling out the paperwork, we also explained that we are not residents of the state of Texas. My wife who purchased the car solo and who is an active-duty service member, home of record is in a different state. We were told that they had to collect taxes here still even though the car was to be titled in her state of residency (WE DID LEARN THAT THIS WAS ALSO A LIE). They titled the car to Texas anyway. This gets better! So this past Friday we a call saying our plates were there and for us to pick them up. The Mustang broke down for the second time since had it (brand new by the way) the following Monday so while getting the car checked in I went and pick up the plates. I see them they are TEXAS PLATES!!!! I explained to them that I was assured that the car would be titled in our state of residency since we are not residents of Texas and would only be here for a few months. They apologized again and said they would get it fixed. So what did they do??? The took those TEXAS plates and mailed them to our home of record!!!!!! The car is sitting in there on the lot, not able to be driven and they mailed the plates to the home of record!!!! I called them immediately and this is the response that I was given. "Mr. & Mrs. 1:01PM (1 hour ago) I do apologize for the inconvenience, all of the paperwork and titling was signed for Texas titling and the permanent Texas plates have already been issued. If you were to want to title this vehicle in Ohio you would need to take the buyers order which you have a copy of along with the Texas plates and registration to a DMV office in Ohio to have them transferred for Ohio titling." (this was edited to remove names) Now to do this we would have to get on an airplane and go back to our home of record with 2 children get a rental car drive to the title office and fly back here. And to be honest my wife is in tradoc so she is not allowed to even do this. Make this make sense Jordan Ford. So thank you for the many trips back up to the dealership. Thank you for selling us a car that we can not drive at the moment. Thank you for the HOURS that we have had to spend to help you do your job. If I could give zero stars I would! These are my notes of my recent experience on 10/29/2022 when scheduling and obtaining an oil change on my 2021 GT500. 1. I was unable to schedule an appointment in person with Ashley at the service desk for tcb updates for my vehicle. I was told I needed to call the main number to schedule with the call center. Very inconvenient and confusing. The service desk should be able to handle a simple task of making an appointment for service. 2. Upon arrival with quick lane the representative who took my information informed me he had to check with the parts department to make sure they had the specific oil in stock for my vehicle, and that there was a possibility they would not have the product in stock due to past experiences. Why wasn't this done when I called into the main number and talked to a representative inquiring about the overall service before making the appointment online? The oil was ultimately in stock and service was done, but for a brief moment I was perturbed I could have wasted my time and mileage on my vehicle for no reason. The communication from the quick lane advisor needs polishing. 3. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, which took about an hour, I walked around the dealership floor and lot. Not one salesperson asked me how I was doing, or if I had any questions about any of the vehicles I was looking at. I had to actually go out of my way to flag a salesperson down to ask a question about the new Ford Bronco's. While having my questions answered by Jeremy, in the middle of my interaction with him I was cut off mid sentence because he had a customer he was already working with come out of the building. This was extremely rude. I wasn't even offered to be flipped to another salesperson to finish up my line of questioning. I even tried striking up conversation with another saleswomen after that interaction with Jeremy to see if I could gain more insight into the vehicle, and before I could begin to ask my questions the women cut me off to go help a gentlemen that walked up and was heading into the main double doors of the building. In all my years frequenting car dealerships as a customer I've never been treated in such a manner. Not only am I a customer getting service on my GT500, but I am in the market for a Ford Bronco for my wife. Your sales people missed an opportunity to close me and have an order placed while I was getting service on my car. This interaction was extremely poor, which I don't understand. Businesses such as yours have been affected by production number delays and supply chain constraints so every person should be treated as a sale, regardless if they are there for service or not. 4. Upon checkout with the quick lane advisor, I was told my final total was 267$ for my oil change. On the surface that would have been fine, the problem I have was that when I called into the main number to have my questions answered regarding this service (needed to find out what the cost would be and find out if you had the oil filter and o-rings for my vehicle) and before scheduling service online, I was given a less expensive ball park quote verbally over the phone. Since your dealerships part's department didn't have the FL2087 oil filter or O-rings in stock, I had asked how much the service would cost me if I supplied the parts out of my own inventory. I was told the service would run me between 180$-200$, so you can imagine my disbelief when the advisor gave me a total of 267$ and informed me I was given a 20$ credit for supplying my own parts, and that under normal circumstances I would be closer to 300$ for an oil change. Talk about price gouging your clients. Overall this whole experience was disappointing and lacked any real value on multiple levels. Not only was I ignored, but when I did have interactions with their employees, they were rude, and ultimately at closing before leaving with my vehicle, I was robbed. My 2020 Ford Mustang with 22,000 Miles on it, started to experience a very annoying issue with the aftermarket Alarm system that they installed when buying the vehicle ( at an additional price ). I called to make a appointment and I was told it would be 5 weeks before they could see me, because I would have to go through their aftermarket side. They push this sale on you at the beginning of your car buying process but they do not have Qualified people to assist you when there is a break down. I scheduled that appointment and had my vehicle dropped off for the repair. I received a call 2 days later from the advisor that it was ready, the same day I picked up the car, it was doing the same thing. However since then I have disconnected the Ford aftermarket alarm system, and installed a viper alarm. Be careful buying aftermarket products from the dealer, or make sure they have someone on their staff to assist you when breakdowns occur. read more

Went in a built a car, included an entertainment system. Once it arrived, we learned that it is not compatible with apple products so we are unable to use the entertainment system. At no point was this information give to us verbally or in writing. We have contacted the dealership, Ford, and entertainment company and no one is willing to help reconcile this problem. read more

The only "Quick" in "Quick Lane" is in the name. Figured fastest way to get a simple oil change spending the least time at the dealer would be to use their site and schedule an appointment slot for an oil change several days later. Process on the website is overly complicated, and apparently there is little difference scheduling and showing up on time verse just showing up. From appointment time it would be 1 1/2 to 2 hours, "just how it works" I was told. read more

Jordan Ford is a typical rip off dealership. My wife had purchased many F150s going back to 2004, but after the mess with our 2011 years ago I basically have had it. They not only dinged up side of our door while being fixed they charged us 1400.00 for an issue caused by Fords design with third brake light. At the time I wrote Ford about the many issues with this dealership but of course no resolution. I only got a lame reply from owner saying they have won many awards. This won't change people from making these rip off artist from making money but if you do buy here be warned and be prepared they could careless once you sign. Even if you've been a loyal customer. We will never buy here again. We have since purchased Japanese and couldn't be happier! read more

I don't normally do this, but I took my truck here for a recall in February when I got my truck back the check engine light was on(I haven't had the time to take the truck back) today my truck had the yellow wrench light come on. Looked it up and that is what the recall was for called Jordan Ford the first girl I spoke with very professional and listened to me. The second extremely rude! She over talked me the whole time. She didn't let me explain what was going on with my truck so dismissive of the issue that was probably caused by them and to get it in for a diagnostic appointment I have to wait till October. If you're looking for a used vehicle at Jordan Ford think twice! I purchased a used 2021 Ford Bronco in July 2023, I have had my vehicle in the shop 4 times since then. The vehicle started smoking in the engine area after one month All they said was it was the Battery which should have been checked before I left the lot. Also after 3 months I hear a loud cracking noise In the rear of the vehicle all they said was it was the morning dew! Took it back again and they decide it was a Pin that was recalled but never fixed, I left the vehicle they installed the new pin then they said there was a newer updated pin so I left the vehicle AGAIN! They assured me that would fix the problem, Well we're in March now and Noice and cracking is Back! I was told next time I hear the noice to video the sound so that the mechanic can hear the noise! And that trucks will make cracks and noises from time to time! I am Very Disappointed with the service at Jordan Ford I will never refer anyone there, I am unhappy with the Vehicle and do not recommend purchasing a used Bronco at Jordan Ford! read more

I bought my Wife a new F-350 this year and I recently bought a F-250 that I use as a work truck. The vehicle buying experience was the best I e ever had. I'm 52 so have bought several new vehicles in my life. I had been a dodge guy since I was 18 but our salesperson Nick Thurmond and everyone else we dealt with at Jordan Ford when buying my wife's truck made we switch to Ford. As long as Jordan Ford is open and Nick Thurmond is working there we won't change dealerships unless they change the way they do things! read more
