He scolded me for not asking him for napkins. I explained that there are no paper towels outside and he said, "people keep taking them." But... "that's how it's supposed to work," I said. "That's the process.., You fill them, people use them, then you refill them." He kept trying to get the last word in, raising his voice each time he responded. First off, the customer is always right. Second, he could use the same argument for not having toilet paper available... why should we refill it when people keep using it?! Why should we take out the trash when people keep filling it? What a moron. Lastly, fill the paper towels, mofo!
