The guy starts yelling at me and shows me a coffee creamer box -- on top of a coffee maker -- with some of the brown paper towels which should be outside. He scolded me for not asking him for napkins. I explained that there are no paper towels outside and he said, "people keep taking them." But... "that's how it's supposed to work," I said. "That's the process.., You fill them, people use them, then you refill them." He kept trying to get the last word in, raising his voice each time he responded. First off, the customer is always right. Second, he could use the same argument for not having toilet paper available... why should we refill it when people keep using it?! Why should we take out the trash when people keep filling it? What a moron. Lastly, fill the paper towels, mofo!

Whenever we are close to San Antonio, this is a good stop for gas, price wise. In this case we were struggling, tired, without a hotel room (although I got one soon after), and we were having car trouble (ugh), so I had to stop for a while and buy some stuff and get some gas and this is where we filled her up. So to speak. It's a good choice because it's probably cheaper than most of the gas stations within a few miles of here, and on some days it's the cheapest in Texas. Then again it's owned by Walmart so you can't have everything.
