I went back in and asked for a refund of around $16. They refused to give me a refund, I was told I had to speak to the manager the next day. The employee gave me the store number and I gave her my personal cell number, she said "this is business... it doesn't working like that, you have to call him he won't call you". It's been a week and still no call...I'm going go back soon to get my $16 I just didn't have the time. I normally get excellent service at QT's . To top it off the person that made my pizza didn't slice it and had no pride in his work... you be the judge

The store has a wide variety of drinks and snacks. There is a Redbox located outside. And the H-E-B plus store is just across the way. The car wash here has the laser wash and regular car wash. There are plenty of gas pumps available and it is very well lit at night.

It's in the middle of a bunch of ethnic restaurants and foreign grocers by the Medical Center. I've found that the gas is still cheaper just a little bit up the hill at the Valero. But this place is clean, clean, clean. It's spotless! It always seems to be picked up, and the bathrooms are rather clean. I like how they have a full (help yourself) bar for coffee drinks- with nitro cold coffee that puts the local coffee shops on the run. My fav thing about these gas stations is the name brand condiment station, where you can get the fancy stuff - Grey Poupon in little yellow packets, or Cholula hot sauce- Grab handfuls, because this is the good stuff! You can get some low price gas up here in Spring Branch when you come to this location. It's not as cheap as some of the locations like the one on the Katy freeway but it's still pretty good in this neighborhood. Murphy USA is usually cheaper, but sometimes they're comparably priced because HEB is one of the best of the rest.

This station has good hours and usually does a good job of keeping fluids for cleaning your windshield. You can pay at the pump or can pay the attendant. Having many pumps, you usually don't have to wait to get your gas. They also have a car wash, but it is usually a long wait to use. However, if you wait, it does a decent job. The negative about this location has to do with the pump upsell. They always try to get you to buy cleaner for the inside of your engine. They sell it by the day, month, or quarterly. Listening to the pitch gets old, real quickly! Will I return? If the price is right.

I looked up their phone number hoping someone would answer so I don't need to try to have the 3 cars behind me back up and have to go inside... And to my amazement a clerk answered on the 3rd ring! She helped me with a code and I was able to keep my place in line and avoid any embarrassment. So many businesses have automated messages or you have to leave a message. It was refreshing that they have real people answering their phones.
