Reneè Cooper was our sales woman and she did an incredible job pointing us in the right direction and covering all the ins and out of the trailer we were considering on selecting with honesty and integrity she was is very personable and eager to help in anyway that she could. I purchased a used 5 th wheel rv from them recently, after a month or so there was water seeping in one of the slides through the light fixture over the dining table after a brief rainstorm. After having this happen a few times I crawled up to the roof to check things out. I found that the seal on the slide was completely destroyed. It just crumbled in my hand when I touched it. I remembered when I had my walk-through before taking it home that they said all seals had been checked along with many other things they said that we checked. I called them and explained what happened and also that my ceiling in the slide was now bubbling and I feared there may be black mold growing in the ceiling. At first they said sorry, we can't do anything for you, then a couple of weeks went by and I called again to speak with the sales person who sold me the tv and I also sent him some pictures of the damages to the ceiling and the seal. He said he would check with his general manager and get back to me. When he called back he said if I could get the tv back to them they would see if they could fix it. I explained that my rv is parked on my family's ranch 140 miles away and I do not have a truck that would haul it back to them. If I hired someone to haul it back for me it would cost my $900 round trip. I don't have that kind of money to put out for a " maybe" we could fix it. So, I decided to fix it myself. I changed the seal and started ripping out the ceiling. When I removed the ceiling boards, water came pouring out at me, the ceiling and insulation were black with mold, very disgusting. I took additional pictures and video of the water pouring out and sent them to the salesman, he again asked the general manager if he would help and I got the same comment, if you could bring it here we would take a look at it. I have lost 2 Light fixtures, 2 window shades, a wall cabinet, and the ceiling! I am a single woman on a fixed income, I cannot afford to replace these things. Do not buy from them! read more

It is too bad you have to pick a star. I gave them one star because there was nothing less that I could. -- Owner will tell you his people would not say that i.e., they had kept my unit for over three months, winter was approaching and I went by to winterize my unit, just to make sure it was protected! Went inside to talk to the guys that handled that and they said it had already been done, not to worry. Finally picked up my trailer and went on trip to Palestine. This was after the bad freeze and the reason I went to make sure the unit was protected. When we got to Palestine turned on the water and the commode valve started leaking. We had to call someone local just to fix the water flow.Returned home and took the part and the receipt to attempt to get it taken care of---had they really winterized it this would have been fixed. Went to the service area where I had been told the unit was winterized and showed them the part with an explanation of what happened. As usual when warranty becomes an issue everyone became unable to talk and left me with nothing. The Mgr came and said he was Steve (I think) and when I told him what had happened he said they (his employees would not say that)! Well since I was there and he wasn't I figured he must have supernatural skills. When I wrote a note to the better business bureau within 15 minutes he posted a reply, stating how he could not have handled it better. Now I have had another experience with this dealer which turned out much the same way. I have no faith in this dealership as they will say one thing do another and blame any issues on the buyer. As these dealers have to report to the division of motor vehicles, I have just turned it over to these guys. But if you are looking for a dealer that will work with you and stand behind his product......this one will but he is so far out that you will not see him. If I do anything anymore with them it will be recorded both by video and voice. This industry is very loosely monitored, so much that when we made our first trip staples were found all over the storage compartment, screws were screwed in so far they would not hold the wall or doors in place....The word integrity is lost on them.... and when they will sit there and blame everything on you....makes for a great relationship. All you really need to do is look at these reviews and then make up your mind. Not only will I not use them again I am looking for any government agency and show him the pictures of the staples and screws, then bring up the way we were treated. If you buy a unit from a reputable dealer you will probably still be given the runaround when warranty items are brought up, but the mark of a responsible dealer is how he handles the problems and protects his customers! Wonder how long he will wait to respond to this!! read more

I purchased a 2018 Jayco Northtrail 5th wheel a few weeks ago. Once we got it to the RV park we had a few issuses. Nothing major but when I called the dealership I got J.D On the phone and explained the problems. I can't stress enough how this service manager handle my problems. So a part had to be order and once it came in J.D had tech named Don take care of the issue. Again the service follow up was as Perfect as it gets in todays world. I stopped by to inquire about getting a travel trailer state inspection done and they stated that they do inspections from 9am to 12pm and 1pm to 3pm. They told me to go ahead and bring in my trailer. I return with my trailer and then they say that they can't do it. They tried to say that they changed the times. I find this hard to believe since I was just in the store 20 minutes earlier. Way to go crestview you won't see me in there again. read more

Adam and all of the Service people were more than kind and accommodating. I had the pleasure of running my trailer into an overhang awning. A lot of damage was to be had. The Service guys had a heck of a time getting the part in correctly from the dealer. Once it was the wrong color, the next time bent. Apologizing the whole way, I let them know that things like that do happen. Can't blame Crestview! After it came in, I was up against a tight timeline to get it taken care of. The guys did it! They came through with flying colors! Looks great, and a comp was made! The pride of all the Service guys really shown through. The two field techs that came out afterwards were great also. I cannot in good faith recommend Crestview based solely off of the help (or lack thereof) that I've received. I went to Crestview k owing exactly what RV I wanted to purchase and just wanted to conduct an walkthrough of the trailer. I left after putting a $500 (mandatory) deposit down to hold the vehicle. The trailer I wanted was not available and had to be delivered so I had to wait for it to come in. The time that elapsed between then and me actually paying for it was about 2 weeks. Tony G, one of the managers, made sure to keep in contact with me during this time. So did Don, my salesman. I came pre-approved and with a check upon delivery of the vehicle. I went and picked up the vehicle a few days after paying and was given the walk-through. Although Don, my salesperson told me he would be there, he called the day of to say that he was off and congratulated me for my purchase. The walkthrough was done by Jason, who was helpful in going on everything and answering my questions. Fast forward 2 weeks after pickup and I have a leak under my sink. I texted Tony G who responded a full 25 hours later with a POC. I contacted Don who gave me the name of Adam Baldera in the service department as the person to contact. I finally reached Adam, after leaving a message and then calling him back hours later after not receiving a return phone call. Adam stated that because I couldn't bring my RV in(my truck was in the shop), that he would send me the number to a mobile service. That was on Thursday, 31 October. He never sent me any information. I eventually called around and contacted a mo ikr RV service myself. It appears that once they had my sale, Crestview decided it was okay to ignore me as a customer. I wish that I had never purchased from them based solely on the customer service I've received. I pray that I have no further issues because their lack of customer service leaves much to be desired. read more

Unbelievable. I decided to call this dealer because they service Jayco Motorhomes and had great reviews. I called on Monday to speak to someone in the service department. The receptionist told me to 'hang tight' while she transferred me. I waited and waited. Eventually it went to a voicemail. Tuesday I called back and got someone in the service department. I told them I had a recall I received and wanted to see if I could get an appointment set up to get it taken care of. The guy asked for my information and vin, etc. He said that he would have to call Jayco to see if he had that part or how long it would take to get to him before we could schedule. I asked if he would be calling me back today and he said yes. The day came and went. Wednesday I called back. I got another person in the service department. I told him that was still waiting on a call back. He got all of my information again. Before we got off the phone, I asked if he would call me back by 5pm. He said yes. Of course, I did not get a call back. I called today, Thursday, June 6. I asked the receptionist if I could speak to the manager in the service department. She told me to 'hang tight'. I was hanging tight and listening to the hold music. Someone picked up the phone finally and then put it back down. The phone then went in to a voicemail box. I am curious to know how others have had such a great experience here if you can not even get an appointment. I guess I will never find out! read more

Sales were good but the service department has been excellent and very helpful. The work has been covered by warranty but this has not deterred their effort to make it right. Jesse, Mark, Scott and Adam have continued to work and communicate the status of our trailer. You can tell their years of mechanical experience by how quickly the identify the common issues but more importantly they work out the complex ones. I will continue to use and recommend the Crestview Service department to family and friends in the San Antonio area. read more

Just recently purchased a new RV (travel trailer) from here and I am very pleased with the expereince. I received a very fair trade in amount and a great price on the new unit. This is my third RV that I have bought and this was by far the best buying expereince. Upon delivery, I was explained in detail all of the features of the new unit and the attention to detail on the cleaning of it was perfect. Recently purchased a travel trailer and Joe Hough was our sales person. PROS: We enjoyed working with Joe. Bill in credit was good to work with. Scott kept in contact with us and explained where we were in the process. CONS: Our 1.5 hour training was actually only a 35 minute walk through. As newbies this was not a good experience. The trailer had not been cleaned and the tech told us he was told the sale was on hold. That was why it was not vacuumed and the awning was not washed. We never received the Starter kit and catalog we were promised. No one walked us through the items we needed to purchase to get started. Fortunately the people at Texas RV Supply on Austin Hwy helped us with all our questions and needs. SUMMARY: Pre-sale was good-post sale was seriously lacking. read more

DO NOT use the service department at Crestview Rv. We brought our Rv in for repairs in mid-May 2020. One of the main problems was our kitchen slide would not extend. They knew we had food stuck in the fridge and assured us that it would be taken care of even if they had to manually extend the slide to get into the fridge. We called several times while it was in the service department and was assured each time that they had gotten the food out of the fridge. We told them several time that we would have to have the Rv back by the end of August. At the end of August we went to pick up the Rv and only 3 small issues had been completed of the 20 or so issues we had. They blamed everything on COVID including why they don't answer the phones! That's right, you can not get anyone to answer the phones. Automated system says to text or email instead but then they don't reply or reply with I'll check with the parts department then never get back with you. First thing we did was check the fridge and ALL of the food was still in it and rotten! While we waited someone had to empty it and clean it. Which did not eliminate the odor all the way. Our slide was extended but not repaired. They said the new motor was supposed to come in the next week so we could bring it back and they would fix it then and it should only take a day or two. They had 3 guys manually man handle the slide in for us to leave. We never heard back from them for us to bring it back once the motor came in. We called, texted, and emailed with no reply. Finally we called Jayco today and found out that on September 15th the dealer recalled the parts order. They never bothered to inform us at all! Horrible service!! Will never buy or have service done at Crestview and will be sure to tell everyone I know how we were treated. read more

More than 5 star service!! About 5 months ago we purchased a new fifth wheel from this dealership. The price was great and our trade in was reasonable. We have visited the service department a few times, including today getting small issues looked at. We were seen right away (we had an appointment.). J.D. Reviewed the list and said it would be done at a given time and it was. Jude performed to service and went over all items to show the work that was done. They absolutely go out of their way with customer service. Although we live almost 2 hours away, the closer dealerships selling this model did not give good customer service. Went to this dealership in May of this year due to an add I saw on their website for a Travel Trailer for a good price. So we went to look at it, When the salesman approached I told him what I was looking for and he showed me a couple new units and told him no I was looking for this particular one that is on the website, He said, we don't have that unit, I asked well show me where the used units are at. as we walked to the used units I looked up the website on my phone to show him. We found the unit and I explained to him this is the one I was looking at online for the specified online price, he says oh no, there is no way this is that much, this unit is xxx much I said no sir your website says xxx amount with these pictures of this unit, he said well the description and model number are different they must have put the wrong pictures on the webpage, I said well that's not my fault or my problem and you should sell it to me for the advertised price, he then got very cocky and rude making snude remarks, I asked to go to talk to the sales manager and as I walked that way he made sure to beat me there to talk to him first, When I talked to the sales manager he was not so pleasant himself but said I can sell it to you for xxx much which was only a few thousand over what they had posted online, so I said ok maybe we can work with that. so we decided to put the deposit down and start the finance process even though I didn't have a good feeling about it only because one of the statements he told me is that since I lived here and I if I don't buy from them they wouldn't service anything not bought from them. Well we signed the potential buyers agreement and financing. Well a day or two went buy and I was doing research on that unit and decided to go see if this model had an option that I had saw online. Well the day I went there it was raining pretty good and had been all weekend. So I drove there, and did not go straight to the office but went strait to the unit. When I opened the door there was a puddle of water on the floor at the door entrance, I figured oh someone must have been in there until I felt a water drop on my head and I looked up to see that water was dripping from the roof at the antenna crank. This concerned me a bit as I have researched how expensive water damage can be and how water can ruin a rv. So I went to the sales manager to let him know my concern, not once did he get up and when I explained it to him he stated " Well Boat leak from the bottom and RV's leak from the top" I was thrown back from that, REALLY, doesn't seem right to me, I said are you going to inspect and fix that, he said after the deal goes through and you take possession we will have it fixed, and tried to make all kinds of excuses to tell me there is nothing to worry about, well when Im spending xxxx amount of dollars yeah there is something to worry about, Not once did he get up to go look or anything his only other option was to sell me a Brand new one at a much higher price that they would have to order, NO THANKS. Well Long story short, not sure if I will buy here in the Future but I did get approved and took my business else where and got a really good deal on another Travel trailer from another big dealership . Mostly the attitudes of the people working there is the main reason I would consider to not buy from them, If the sales manager has a crappy don't care attitude, why should the sales man, and it seems that the nice ones or the female sales people that work that don't last long because they are not rude and cocky. Ill travel a little further for a better deal and better personality. I understand some of these guys have been there along time but if they feel they are untouchable in their positions and the owner backs their horrible attitudes then nothing will change. They say they sell a lot of RVs well that's easy to do when your the only one on the north Side of San Antonio. Work on your customer service skills to go along with your sales and you would probable do a lot better. read more

I would give a zero if I could. I went in to get a small part for my RV and knew exactly what I needed. The parts rep treated me like I didn't know what I was talking about then proceeded to bring out something completely different. When I told him, "That's not it." He got condescending and asked me what brand of RV I had. When I told him he replied, "We don't carry that brand." Really? You have a whole row of them outside. I didn't get my part. I then go next door to the sales dept to see what other brands of RV's they had because I'm in the market to upgrade. The sales guy showed me everything Except for what I was looking for and also told me, "Well you can't get everything you want in life." True! I can however get what I want in an RV because I've already seen it in other brands. (Don't get crappy with me because you don't have it) He also tried to tell me that "R" factors didn't really matter. (I just don't think he knew the answers to the questions I was asking) I was also told I didn't need a Dooley to pull a 40'+ loaded down fifth wheel. Are you kidding me???? I do if I don't want to blow my transmission in the Virginia Mountains. Look I may be a woman but I'm not stupid! I do my research. I know what I want and I am not going to be treated like I'm a dumb ass. I guess being a single woman looking for parts and a big shiny fifth wheel can't possibly know what the hell she's talking about. I would NEVER go here to buy, look or purchase anything even if they were giving it away. The staff seems to be a bunch of rude men who think they "know better." And I hate to tell you this but the stuff they have on their lot is low end crap. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. To reply to Steve the owner. I know exactly where I was at and just because my address says Ft. worth doesn't mean I don't travel! I do have a TRAVEL TRAILER. It DID happen like this at your store. I don't care how long your employees have been there and from your response I can see that you are just as arrogant as the rest of them. You were not privy to our conversations while I was there but you proved my point by trying to make me look like the dumb one who doesn't know what she's talking about. I have business cards of BOTH employees that I dealt with but chose not to call them out personally as YOU the business owner are the one that employed them. You can deny this behavior at your establishment but it doesn't mean that it didn't happen. I stand by my review and I would never purchase anything from here and calling you obviously would do no good considering the excuses you made in this post! read more

I have bought a dozen RVs over the years from other dealers and private party and I must say I will never buy from anywhere else except Crestview from now on! I had bought a brand new Springdale in December 2014 and it had a manufacture defect which is not Crestviews problem. I returned it for repair and over thinking about it with my husband we decided to ask for a new 1 instead of repairing because it was bothering us with the sight unseen with the repaired one. We contacted the manufacture and they said no and they will repair the one and send us on our way. Then Steve (The owner) at Crestview said we were number 1 and he wanted to make it right. He gave us exactly what we paid for the damaged 1 even tho we used it for a month and put us in a brand new 2015 Jayco which was 5 grand more! I bought a 2003 Keystone Cougar from them in March. When going though the walk around the RV I was told everything checked out and in working conditions. I was told the tires were good shape. 1st time taking out water heater would not work on Electric. Found out the anode rod never replaced. circuit and element both had be fried. Replaced that. Battery was installed and it fried the switches to the lights and slide out. It was wired wrong and they did not bother to tell me that this was rewired before I bought it. Was very lucky that it did not burn the trailer down. 2nd trip out water all over the bathroom. Come to find out that the water heater had been leaking for some time. Even before I bought it. All 4 tires blew out on us. Tires were 12 years old. I was informed they had be brand new. Dummy me for not checking the date code. I called the sales rep that sold me the unit, He pushed me off on the owner. They said sense it is a used unit and they checked it out before they sold it and that it is a house on wheels and you are bound to have issues. AT least the house the 1st year you get a warranty. After spending $11000 on a camper you were think I would have had better service. one thing I have gotten out of this is knowledge how to fix things on the camper. Will not go back. read more

I really wish I can give these guys a 4 Star review! But sadly I cannot due to all the troubles I have experienced. Drove from Houston to Buda to have warranty work done. I figured it would be worth it figuring all the great reviews and recommendations I've gotten. I got quoted 3 weeks, which in my opinion is pretty fair considering I'd have to stay in a hotel for that time. To me it's worth it if the work is completed. Well that was not the case! Took almost 2 months with hardly any communication and updates. I've tried multiple times to call and get an up date but it was like pulling teeth to ever get a hold of anyone or have calls back. Finally after receiving notice that RV will be completed, I go up there and did not receive good customer service at all. The RV was not in ready condition. After explaining why I was upset to service tech, he blew up on me and I got the manager. Manager did do a walk through of RV and understood why I was upset. He said he will order my parts that I needed to begin with and I can come pick them up when they are ready. That was 3 months ago! I've made multiple calls, and left many voicemails which non has been responded to. I really wish all this could be resolved! It's been such a hassle and more of a headache to begin with. With all the money that I've been out of pocket with living and temporary fixes, I could of fixed myself in a day... read more

Called this morning and asked if we were able to bring our camper in for a quote for repair. It was unfortunately damaged by hail in the storm last week and we are trying to decide if it's worth an insurance claim or if we just pay out of pocket for the repair (we've started the claim, but can cancel if it's not too much and decide to just pay out of pocket). We live on Randolph AFB, so this location is very convenient for us. Mark was not very friendly on the phone, but said that we could bring it in and that they did have two people there (one being himself) that could do it. My husband just ran it over there and was treated as though he had completely inconvenienced them. He's then told that it was $150 for a quote. Of course, this was never mentioned on the phone and the damage is not extensive. My husband left, purely because of his behavior and not as much that we were never told the cost. He ended up taking it to Camper World in New Braunfels, which had great customer service and did not charge him for the estimate. I called and spoke with the manager (JJ), who acted as though they had done nothing wrong with their service and defended their practices. Horrible service. We purchased a used 2017 RV and they did not check the RV as promised. We had it for a week and realized that the battery was not holding a charge. We called them to let them know and they told us to bring it in. We did and when we asked them about why the battery was not checked prior to selling it they did not have an answer. We wanted our money back so that we could go somewhere else that was more reputable and we were given the run around about the depreciation value dropping and they had to pay out commission and this and that. We do not care about these things we want an RV that is going to last us while our house is being built. Do not waste your time in coming here. This is our second RV purchase from here. Both purchases were OK. Sales staff were OK. The prices and financing were fair. But as I have been going through the 5th wheel we just bought I have found some things that should have been found on their inspection of unit when it arrived from the factory. For the price of these units, they should be gone over with a fine tooth comb. Were told it would be cleaned. It wasn't. But no problem, my wife would've cleaned it again to here standards. But on the whole, we're pretty well satisfied with it. We still have a few issues but no point in bringing them up because we would get the standard answer of that's the way it is. A decent place to buy from, but if we were buying again, would go to Georgetown. read more
