I decided to let this shady gentlemen keep the money and I'm moving on to avoid confrontation. Pat is a complete SCAMMER In my bill it clearly states the 300$ I paid for the storage fees. So there was nothing free about it . AND I told you everything about the boat and asked if you wanted to get in it and look it over with me in which you said no, it looks good from down here. I had no problem paying for repairs until I was ripped off. So I don't know where you get FREE And I never didn't want you to fix anything , I paid you 400$ to replace a vinyl strip... My husband and I have been customers of Juke with our two vehicles for typical maintenance and…read morethey've always been reliable, so when my brakes suddenly went out on my Jeep, I went to Juke for help. It was easy to make the appointment to have the Jeep towed in and they got back to me by the end of the day with the diagnostic. My brake line had blown out and they were going to replace it. The next day they called to tell me there were no brake lines available for my Jeep anywhere with MOPAR, or any other manufacturer. People in my situation are all waiting months for these things on back order. Most shops would have probably told me to come tow this Jeep out of their way until a brake line was available. Not Juke! They thought outside the box and let me know a hydraulic shop they work with could build the part for me, and it would only be $80 more! Perfect! Even though they had to run around town with these brake lines, and rely on another shop to hunt down parts and fabricate custom brake lines for me, they had my Jeep back to me after just 6 business days! The other great thing is Miguel kept me updated the whole time and I never had to worry about if my vehicle was being taken care of. The people at Juke actually care about their customers and I recommend them to everyone I know.
