Only downfall I would say is that the price for a men's 2 piece suit comes out to $7.95 less than a women's dress suit because a dress suit is charged separately as a dress (same price as a men's 2 piece suit) and a sports jacket (additional charge). I feel like men's suit and women's suit should be charged the same price. read more

This cleaners is pretty awesome. It is pricey, which is why i gave it only 4 stars- but you do get what you pay for. I had started taking my clothes to Zips cleaners, and one of the items, a dress, was not even cleaned! it still smelled like my perfume, and had deodorant stains on it, it was never touched. I started going back to Crest, and i def see a difference. The coupons do help as well. I find the staff to be very pleasant, and they definitely value their customers! read more

Excellent service and very convenient. They call you to inform you of your very own pick up and drop off days if you opt for the home delivery service. They provide you with a hook for your door to hang the dry cleaning, a bag for disposing those pesky wire hangers, and a bag for your dirty dry cleaning. Very professional and reliable. My only con is the cost. This service does not come cheap but of course if it did, it would almost be too good to be true. You literally don't have to lug and pick up loads of dry cleaning ever again and that's one less errand for most to run so it's worth the pretty penny. read more

I've taken my clothes to Crest Cleaners many times and never had a problem until now. I recently took in 8 dress shirts. When I got the dress shirts back, 4 of the 8 shirts had shrunken sleeves! I immediately called Crest Cleaners and was told to come in with the shirts. I spoke with the Manager, Mario. He told me the cause of the shrunken sleeves was due to the fact that I usually wash and dry my shirts at home. I told him that I have taken in these shirts before and never had a problem. He told me that it was NOT their fault and that I needed to contact the manufacture of the shirts with the problem! I told him I wanted to make a claim and he responded that I needed to contact the manufacturer first before he would make a claim! I asked him why I wasn't asked if I wash my shirts and if there is a disclaimer posted regarding this issue. He said there was not a disclaimer and they do not ask customers if they wash their dress shirts. He told me if this was a constant problem, then he wouldn't have any customers. I understand that this is not an every day problem, so I asked him if maybe a setting was placed too high? He said the setting is the same for all shirts. Then why was only 4 of the 8 shirts affected? Mistakes happen. I get that, but Crest Cleaners should taken responsibility for shrinking my shirt sleeves. I will go back to the stores of where I purchased my shirts, but I doubt the shirts will be taken back. Then I will try and make a claim, even though the Manger, Mario is very reluctant. Needless to say, I will never go back to Crest Cleaners. I cannot trust a company who does not take responsibility for their mistake and worst, blames me for their mistake. read more

My family has used the South Lakes Shopping Center Crest Cleaners for years. The owner and staff are courteous and quite reliable. There has been very little turnover in the staff, remarkable in such a transient area. We've used Crest for all kinds of dry cleaning and regular cleaning. They've been very good at getting stains out of the kinds of delicate clothing I'm not about to clean at home; invariably, I'l point out a spot or two but their eagle eyes will scan the same cloth and find others. After almost a year of taking my work uniforms to Crest, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. To be fair, I was initially impressed with their same-day turn around and free delivery service. It almost made it worth the premium price. However, after multiple damaged shirts and lost items, I can no longer justify patronizing Crest. I work at a restaurant that requires clean and starched uniforms for every shift. The shirts cost $43 new, which makes replacing them a huge burden on a server's budget. I've had at least two shirts go missing after dropping them off to be cleaned. When I spoke to the manager, Mario, about it he insisted that there was no chance they misplaced them because he checked in the bags I dropped off using their late night drop off bin. When I tried to explain that I had not only dropped off bags over night but also left some in person to an employee, he asked me the employees name. I could not recall, and he rudely dismissed me as if I was lying. Furthermore, a shirt I brought in was returned with significant damage to the sleeve. I could no longer wear it to work as it had two new large holes in it. This wasn't the result of gradual fraying over time, as i would have noticed while wearing it at work. Upon examining it Mario insisted that it was "normal wear and tear" that I could expect to happen to an item that is frequently subjected to their cleaning process. Having two large holes appear over night seems more like the result of rough handling, especially when the rest of the shirt doesn't feel worn or fragile. He told me I could send it to get repaired, but it would be at my own expense. Lastly, they would occasionally over charge me. Normally, if you drop off a full uniform (both the shirt and the apron) the price is $7 total. The shirts are always $3.05, but the aprons cost $5.95 if dropped off alone. Bringing them in together reduces the price of the apron by $2. After switching to being cashless, they automatically charge your card on file after cleaning the clothes. Multiple times they would randomly charge full price for an apron, even if it was dropped off in tandem with a shirt. Oddly enough, this almost always happened in orders with other full uniforms that had been appropriately discounted. Since the payment was automatic, often I didn't notice being over charged until days or weeks after getting my clothes. And I never really brought it up since it seemed almost petty to complain about a couple of dollars from a week or so ago. After experiencing how Mario responded to my complaints about missing and damaged clothes, I'm not optimistic that it would have been resolved if I did bring up being over charged. I originally wanted to leave 2 stars. Free delivery and same day cleaning six days a week warrants some praise. But, the attitude of the manager and losing over $120 in uniforms without so much as an apology has soured me. I have taken my business elsewhere, and really encourage you to do the same. Crest might impress a first and seem worth the exorbitant prices, but if something does end up happening to your clothes, you will be expected to eat the cost without so much as an apology from Mario. read more

This location is not terribly convenient though; the shopping center can be a bit of a zoo. read more

On many occasions they have broken the buttons off of my expensive dress shirts, replacing them with mismatching ones, and in some cases - not aligning them with the button slots. I love the customer service I've experienced here. Pretty much all of them know me by name/number. Most of the time I walk in the door and they've already started getting my clothes for me :) I'm a server so I just need my clothes cleaned and starched, so I don't bring any fancy clothes, but I do need it to be wrinkle free and extra starchy (unfortunately). Most of the time they're always spot on... there's never been any issue I've complained about. Crest Cleaners is a reliable, convenient, in-store laundry service that can get your orders done by 5pm if you drop off by 11am that day. The home delivery service is free, although I haven't used it since they are located across the street from my home. And for those who care about the environment like me, Crest Cleaners use GreenEarth cleaning products and provide free hanger recycling at the store. My only hesitation is PRICE. They are a little more than other competitors (specifically men's dress shirts) but the location and the consistency make up for it. Mario and his staff are always professional and friendly, and care about customer satisfaction. Definitely worth your business. read more

When I noticed some of my shirts were missing, I inquired at the store and it would be impossible to say they could have been less interested in admitting that it was even possible for them to have lost a single shirt. When I first moved into the area 10 years ago, I began a massive search for the best dry cleaners in town. It took me a long time to find Crest, but once I did I was very impressed. I moved away from my nearby Crest and began using another dry cleaner close to my new home and never received the quality I had come to appreciate at Crest. I searched and found another Crest relatively close to my home and have been using this Crest for about 1 year. This location is the most conscientious and customer service oriented Crest I have ever known! They make all of the other Crest cleaner locations appear average by comparison. The best part is you need not beg,in fact, they make you feel like same day service is as easy for them as it is important for me. The real value of same day service is the fact that I don't have to iron things back in my hotel room in order to look professional. That is their job and they do it well.
