If you need same day service, you'll have to drop off your items between 7-9 am. I don't think they offer special 1 hour servicing. If you are looking to professionally launder your simple clothing (shirts and pants, pant suits), they seem to do a good job. They haven't lost any of my clothes, although have apparently list clothing articles belonging to other customers (read the other reviews). For more complicated clothing, like some jackets, suits, and dresses, I would not go here. This is a simple and cheap dry cleaner. They do not seem to know how to take proper care of the more complicated articles of clothing. The two ladies (both Hispanic) you will meet up front speak English well, and also don't take special requests well. Good for simple dry cleaner - not good for your special grandmother's wedding dress.

I was only using Clean Mart for dry cleaning and have brought my shirts here 4 times with no problems or shrinking. Last time I had 7 shirts cleaned. One of them shrunk a lot during cleaning both in length (barely long enough to tuck in now) and in the sleeves (sleeves come to 2" below my wrist now)The owner refused to take responsibility. She said it was the manufacturer. All 7 of my shirts are made by the same company and are all the exact same size. I have never washed my shirts on my own and it fit perfectly fine before I dropped it off at Clean Mart to be dry cleaned. I showed her all 7 shirts, told her the exact same story, and she refused to admit it could be her fault. Do not use this dry cleaner. They have terrible customer service and if they ruin your clothes they will blame everyone else but themselves. How could it possibly be the manufacturer when it fit last week and the only place my shirt has been since then is this dry cleaner? Take responsibility. I understand shit happens but don't blame me when you're the one that messed up. I spend $40/month on dry cleaning. Replacing my shirt and keeping a long term regular customer sounds like a no brainer to me.

I mentioned that the Crest fee is actually cheaper and they reduced the price and I ended up paying $71. Didn't know I had to haggle at the dry cleaners... When I came to pick it up two days later at the estimated time, one of the dresses they even pulled out of the back as though they were looking for it, and it was all wrinkled and messed up. I came back later to pick up the entire order and found that the orange dress which had flowers on the front of it had a ruined decorative stitch. The whole point paying a lot of money to have somebody professionally clean that this doesn't happen. I asked for a refund, but they said they're in person alteration lady come in. So I have to come back again to pick up the dress. I came in at the estimated time and the dress was not ready. At this point I've been to this dry cleaners five times for one order. I do not recommend coming to this place.

Desire your dry cleaning to smell like body odor? Go to Fair Center Cleaners in Fair Lakes Shopping…read moreCenter! I return a dry-cleaned suit jacket because the arm pits still smelled after Fair Center Cleaners' initial service. I specifically explained this a re-clean because they didn't clean it effectively the first time. Upon picking up the jacket the second time, the same smell exists and is easily detected by waving the jacket around. The staff claim they can't smell any body odor. I was absolutely appalled 1) that they claimed they couldn't smell it and 2) they refused to return the paid amount $8.50. Why would I bother to give them a third chance to 'clean' it again. I explained I have been coming here for a number of years (mostly laundry not dry-cleaning) and asked why they are they lying, not providing a cleaned product, and do they not care about retaining customers. The owner said, 'We don't need your business.' Well there you have it folks, consider finding a dry cleaner that actually needs customers instead of taking money for continued failed service. And note this is not an isolated incident, read complaints from other past customers both on Yelp and Google.

Needless to say, their customer service is top-notch and the price is definitely a compliment to their attention to detail and stand out service. I really wish I could give this place a negative rating if I could…read more... 1. This place is way too over priced. They charged my blouses as a dress when it CLEARLY was a blouse. They will over charge you SO MUCH compared to any other dry cleaners I've ever been to. 2. I came back home with a cardigan that had 7 different holes in my sweater... was so upset and frustrated. I called them back and the lady said sweaters tear during the process if it's too thin. Why did they charge as a heavy sweater then? And if it was damaged, why didn't they call me to let me know that it was damaged before I picked it up? The lady transferred me over to this guy (assuming it's the owner) and he said I already had holes in my sweater. Cleaners call their customers when they spot any flaws before beginning their process of dry cleaning but I didn't receive a single call. I wouldn't have dropped my sweater at the cleaners in the first place if I had any disorientation on my clothes. What's the point of paying to get something dry cleaned if it has flaws already? Extremely rudely, he said he would try fixing it by sewing the holes together. How can I trust this place with anything? He should clearly know that this type of fabric CANNOT be sewed together! I wasted my money on dry cleaning clothes that I can NEVER wear again... And he just hung up the phone on me without any apology. 3. Customer service is complete garbage. They were rude ever since the time I dropped off my clothes until the time I was hung up over the phone. They're careless about their customers. I've heard so many people say horrible this place was but because of their great ratings, I wanted to give it a shot. THAT WAS A HORRIBLE MISTAKE! Do NOT go here unless you want to get your clothes damaged. You'll definitely waste your money and better yet, you'll come home feeling like poop.
