Creative pools did an AMAZING job with our pool. We met with many different pool companies but went with Eric because I liked his design and vision of our pool. He took our ideas and made them better. John was always available and answered all our questions throughout the process. Putting in a pool is a big commitment and I am glad we chose Creative Pools. We wanted a family friendly pool because we have young children. Our pool has a beautiful large Baja reef for the kids to play in and for us to sunbathe. And nice benches in the deeper end to hang out on. All the details came together wonderfully and I could not be more happier. The kids LOVE it! I will add some photos also.

I have never see a "finish" pool with half deck and they claimed it's finish.

This company is the most unreliable company ever. If you want a real services and a good product hire somebody else. Their pools are overpriced, l paid $63,000 for a cheap unfinshed craftsman item. They never deliver what they promise and John the concrete guy is the biggest misogynist person l ever met beside of being a big liar. This company will not respect their own contract. My pool and deck still not finish, as you can see by the picture, after a year of the completion day. They never provide me with the manufacturer warranties for the pool, the manuals, and the blue prints. And they charged me with items they never deliver. I regret hiring them. My beautiful garden is a mess and l am going to need to spend more money and hire somebody to repair their trashy work.

Creative pool and landscape did a fantastic job on my backyard. The proof is in the pictures. They perform quality work and John the supervisor is so on top of things. We made a lot of add ons along the way and he went above and beyond to accommodate us. The reason I like this company is because they are the ones that build the pools; they don't outsource to other companies; and they are extremely knowledgeable. They know what they're doing and they create beautiful, high quality pools. Eric, the owner is a kind, likable guy and has had a lot of experience with pools. When making your designs and specifics; he will be very honest about long term effects and the aesthetics. He can be hard to get a hold of at times but would I use this company again? Yes! In a New York minute. It's worth it. Will post more pics soon!

After meeting with most of the pool builders in my area I decided to hire Eric and his Team at Creative Pools and Landscape and I am so Thankful I did. My pool turned out gorgeous! From concept to completion everything went well. The design of the pool fits my yard and style perfectly. Eric is also easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about his business and his prices are very fair. I do-not feel like Eric tried to over sell me a bunch of things to increase the price. I would highly recommend Eric if you want a beautiful pool at a fair price. But wait... don't stop there Eric and his Team can do more than just a pool they will do s complete backyard he's a one stop shop. Just hire them, let them finish and enjoy.

Our pool and spa turned out beautiful! We love the shape and ease of having Creative Pools do everything from start to finish. All contractors were professional and easy to work with on this project.

Genuinely, my overall experience with Creative Pools & Landscape was more than I could have hoped for. I came to them with my vision, nothing but a mere thought, with no prior experience of designing anything of this sort (only an idea of what I wanted). The workers were extremely friendly and patiently helped me design my dream backyard. They surpassed all my expectations I had; prompted, efficient, productive, and kind. I highly recommend this company and what they stand for.

Just poured decking today ! Almost finished

A bunch of lip service... Spent over $100k and so much went wrong. Didn't honor our contract and left us with a job incomplete.

I had broken one of the coupling nuts to my salt cell while taking it off to clean it. The problem was to replace the coupling; there wasn't any room to just cut it off and add another. I went to their store on Saturday looking for help, we buy all our pool supplies from them, after explaining what happened and showing them the pictures and challenges of the repair, they offered some possible solutions and said they would have Bobby call me first thing Monday. Bobby called first thing on Monday and scheduled and made the repair for Tuesday. Bobby knows his stuff and didn't try to up sell or make a bigger deal out of it. I was surprised to learn they have tool that can bore out the old PVC in the joint without too much trouble and cost. Service call is $150.00 plus $60.00 in parts; they only use OEM parts. That might sound expensive, I really didn't think so. Called when he said he would, fixed the system and gone in an hour. I will absolutely use them anytime I need pool service.

Mike had me bring all the hardware down and spent time making sure what was what. Not only did I need a new barrel nut which I knew and he had IN STOCK, he also realized that I needed to buy a die tap to correct and clean my threads on the bolt assembly itself. He also wrote down exactly what I needed and referred me to Hanks Hardware. I went from an inoperable pool on 4th of July, to an operable one on the 5th. If this place was only open yesterday when I decided to clean my pool filters before the party ‍.

Late review: signed contract in December 2020/Pool completed in late May 2021…read more We had half a dozen consults before choosing this company and we pretty much knew what kind of experience it was going to be a couple weeks in. No communication, I had to constantly reach out to ask what was going on. It all started with them beginning nearly two weeks later than stated on our contract and then when the excavators call me outside because they are confused between the plans and the design, I knew it would be downhill from there. Their designer Kyle, admitted to not drawing our yard to scale which made the pool in the design look a lot bigger than what we were actually getting. This part was the biggest disappointment as we BOUGHT the design he presented us with. Kyle graciously gave us an "extra two feet" but, who knows how accurate that even is, it's hard to tell since we chose a free form design. During the entire process, I was cleaning up trash from our backyard daily. Their workers' personal trash such as drinks, bottles, fast food items, cigarette butts and packs, rusted screws/nails, metal wires, saw blades, it was terrible. Also no matter how many times we asked the pool company, their workers filled our trash cans week after week with work material such as rocks, shotcrete, rebar, PVC piping, bags, boxes etc. sometimes rendering it useless for us. The communication was severely lacking, I would always have to reach out and ask what was going on as we were in the dark for most of the process. Contractors would no-show or even show up unannounced at ungodly hours of the morning (6-6:30 AM) making the most noise possible and blasting their radio. Even asking to get a heads up when workers came by so I was aware of who was in our yard and for what or so I wouldn't be blocked in our garage, was too hard of a task for them to manage. On our contract, we were quoted 10-12 week process, we are now at 18 weeks with repairs that still need to be done. Another reason why we chose them is for the verbal promise from Kyle that it would be done by a certain date which they since far surpassed. They messed up the depth of our Baja shelf, we were told the pool should be 7 feet with our jumping rock/grotto, but was only made 6 feet, the spillway from our spa has been butchered a few times and now needs to be replaced, and worse of all 90% of our coping cracked within the first month, but according to the owner (Doug Patterson) we signed in our contract that we understood that concrete cracks, yet there is nothing stated in said contract. This has been a miserable and high stress induced experience, completely frustrating week after week of no communication and lack of respect for the customer. The final kicker is that they started a month prior to even getting approved permits through the city which we didn't find out until the very end! The owner only seemed to want to deal with my husband and avoided me like the plague whenever he came around to check on things. Only time I personally heard from him was when he called to ask me to take down an FB post off a home improvement site when I asked for advice in regards to fixing a couple things. My most favorite part by far was the owner, Doug accusing us of withholding the final $22k payment (via Lyon Finnancial) for a couple "punch-list items" when it's stated in our loan contract that the final payment was for completion of project and we were not notified by anyone that the pool was 100% complete. The designer, Kyle asked for payment for plaster which was not a breakdown in the loan payment schedule. My husband called Lyon and they agreed to do a partial payment and then Kyle told us it's fine, that Doug said it would be easier to do the final payment at the end and then had the nerve to come at us with the "withholding payment" BS. They apparently have a huge lack of communication within their company as well. We also failed our final inspection THREE times. At the third time, we were asked if we would just like to be passed so we could be over and done with. In conclusion, I wish we had researched more, been better prepared, looked into more companies, etc because this definitely wasn't the one for us. It's so sad that we waited and saved up for 5 years of having no backyard and spent way too much money for this kind of treatment and outcome. For almost $90k we expect damn near perfection, but they definitely fell (extremely) short in so many aspects. Current update: Our turf has melted in one area behind our pool, that issue was never resolved even after reaching out a couple times and being assured we would hear back and now our spa coping is crumbling apart after a few short years and we have to pay thousands out of pocket to get this fixed.

We had a great experience with Doug and his crew at Infinium pools…read more Doug and his crew were very responsive during the build with any questions that we had. From the 3D design, demo, dig, concrete, and fill we always felt like we were part of the team. We have a small backyard and side yard which in which we have a camper. Our goal was to fit the camper while still having a pool big enough for our family to enjoy. The final product looks identical to the design. Infinium made sure our wants were met while providing the best quality that we could have asked for. Summers and entertaining are going to be great!
