The fence was between me and our neighbor, so we were splitting the cost between us. My neighbor wanted to get 2 more quotes and also wanted General Rot to come out and see the fence in person and verify the quote so there wouldn't be any surprises. They happily came out and confirmed the quote. General Rot came in with the lowest bid and we went ahead and scheduled them to do the work.
