We chose Pro Roofing NW due to the way John Borbridge handled our interactions. He was prompt and clear in answering our questions and concerns and worked with us to give a good price on the estimates. The job was started in the same week it was scheduled (though it was delayed by 1 day) and finished promptly (4 days total including down spout installation). The roof installer was led by Teles and they were professional and thorough in their work. In addition to the plywood that needed to be replaced, the fascia and barge boards also had to be replaced in certain sections. We found them honest when they recommended replacing just those sections since the wood was fine in all the other sections. They also painted the replaced sections to match the existing color of the house (we bought the paint for them). What stood out to us was they worked with us to ensure the work was done to our satisfaction. We highly recommend them!

What impressed me was that Colt did not push the most expensive product but rather provided a recommendation that best fit our needs. The installation crew were prompt and respectful of our property. They completely removed and installed a new roof with a new skylight in one long day. The foreman, Will, provided us updates and communicated with us on our roofing preferences. The quality of the roof is great, and I appreciate their extensive clean-up effort after the installation was complete. I highly recommend Rock Roofing! He understood our requirements and communicated the solutions in an efficient manner with high integrity. With stories around dealing with irresponsible roofing companies or contractors with faked licenses, I was skeptical going into the project. But B&J and the crew has earned my trust and confidence from the initial inspection to the finish of the project. Our old asphalt roof had reached the end of life. There are leaking marks in the living room so replacing with a new roof before this year's rain season became critical. We decided to go Metal. I interviewed 6 companies in the beginning. 3 of them, you can tell that they spent too much money on marketing and sales, so the quotes were unreasonably high. Brian finished the inspection in 30 minutes. We asked quite a lot of questions and all were answered to our great satisfaction! We received a reasonable quote with no sales and marketing! We eventually chose B&J out of the other two because of the smooth and professional communication with Brian, the right pricing and a transparent term with NO overcharge. It took only a week or two to get on B&J's inspection schedule. But because of their busy schedule in the summer, the actual project started in early October. Brian communicated the timeline very transparently. We understand the schedule. The crew came in on time and got the whole roof done in a week, right before the raining season. Brian and his team had also demonstrated what real customer service meant not just before the project was done, but even after. A day later, I realized that the corner of the house had unusual dripping of the water. It turned out to be the clog of the corner downspout. Brian took our request with NO hesitation and came to help us wash everything clean. This is how a high integrity work looks like with hard work, customer driven care, kindness and passion of great work. Now we enjoy our new metal roof in the rain season with no worry of leakage. I am really proud of my choice and would recommend this company to any of my friend and family member.

Multiple times. The north side of our house was instantly flooded, water coming through the windows that were opened (that was the end of open windows) and the gutter system failed miserably. Roof size / gutter and downspout capacity were not aligned. Nick, one their team members, was onsite and quickly diagnosed the problem to be downspout positioning (one of the two basically useless) and suggested they add a third one. From there it has been months (!) of chasing Kevin and Jeff. Replying to emails was not working and with voicemails that are full and not accepting additional messages, it was quite challenging. After GC stepped in, I was given a quote for gutters screen (an upgrade I requested) and the additional downspout that was needed. After *three* months of chasing them, the first installation date they would offer is three months out. Total of six months!! My expectation that they cover the cost of the downspout that they have failed to install in the right place in the beginning and recommended I add after the fact was flat out rejected. The ugliness of this company came straight out in blaming me for the mistake (the newly found gutter specialist). Then claiming their team member should have never recommended it and that it was not the problem. Going on and on about all of the various reasons it is my responsibility and not theirs. Many thousands of dollars of a project. $150 fix (paid to someone else who did it in ~30 minutes of work). Losing you good name, integrity and reputation like this reflects on the company, leadership and quality of work (or lack thereof) you can expect from RoofWorks Northwest. The images are of the actual one way email communications I had with them for ~3 months. As well as the latest reply I refined. I had two other vendors take a look at the fix, add the gutters screen protectors (additional business) and do the job in les than a week. My roof project was unusually complex. The roof was a combination of shingles and torch-down roofing, and I also wanted to build overhangs around the entire perimeter of the house to protect the foundation and exterior. My house was built in the 1940s without eaves. I contacted 12 major roofing companies, and only three had the knowledge and skills to take on the project. Even then, all three needed me to hire additional contractors for parts of the work, and their quotes were extremely high. Affordable Roofing & Construction came highly recommended by a friend's neighbor who had hired him several times. Anthony evaluated the roof and immediately understood what needed to be done. He explained the process and was very easy to work with throughout the project. Anthony always responded to my questions, showed up when he said he would, and finished the work as promised. The roof looks great and my neighbors have commented that the new overhangs look like they have always been part of the house. The smart vents he installed reduced my cooling costs, made the house much more comfortable, and reduced the strain on my HVAC system that was immediately noticeable. What impressed me most was that Anthony addressed several issues he discovered along the way, including problems with the gutters, a massive ant nest under the roof, a downspout issue, and chimney repairs. He is clearly very skilled and detail-oriented and he went well beyond the original scope of work. I've worked with many contractors during my home remodel, and this was the only times I felt comfortable not having to supervise every step of the process. Anthony sent daily progress photos and patiently answered all of my questions along the way. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend him for all roof needs.

Cliff & his company were the subcontractors who installed roofing and the associated venting on a brand new home. My husband & I haven't lived here for more than two years, and mind you it was a new build, and we started experiencing leaks and had damaged dry wall at our top story. The general contractor suspected it was the work of Sharp Roofing so put us in contact with Cliff to complete the work since the roof is under warranty. Cliff and his company did an on site assessment which required a $300 deposit (one we were told would be refunded if Sharp was to not complete the work to fix the issue). Following the initial assessment, It took several phone calls and text messages (and nearly 3 weeks of waiting) to receive any updates from Cliff. When he did finally respond it was to share that the repairs needed had nothing to do with the work his company had completed in the initial build. We requested a refund of our deposit at this time, but heard crickets. The general contractor finally sent another roofing company out to look at the damage and within a day were able to perform the repairs. At this time it was confirmed that the repair was in fact due to work Cliffs company had performed. Not only are we out $300 for the deposit, but also are out several hundred dollars more because of the damage his poor job caused to our house (and not to mention the waiting and stress it has caused). All in all from start to finish, we will have been dealing with this issue for 3 months. I'd really think twice about hiring Sharp Roofing for even the smallest of jobs, or agreeing to partner with him on new builds. He is dishonest, a very poor communicator, and his company does poor quality work.
