Ah-mazing!!!! Yes, that was a big sigh of relief! Finally a company that communicates and follows through with what they say. I contacted All Ply Roofing to look at a roof of a house we were looking to buy at auction so we could figure out a budget to fix up the house. David responded so quick an headed out to the house in Mukilteo ( house we didn't own yet so no guarantee on getting the job) and got us an estimate very timely. Unfortunately we didn't get the house. Then, a couple weeks later we bought a house in Langley on Whidbey Island that had a ceiling that caved in so we knew we needed to get the roof checked and fixed ASAP. Who did I call??? Had a leak coming into our bathroom wall from an initially poor roofing job and installation of the toilet vent pipe (not All ply) . All Ply Roofing responded quickly and got a team out within days before the next rain came. On February 21st there was a terrible storm with winds over 60 mph. We heard an awful clanging and banging coming from the roof. We didn't know until the next morning when we got the newspaper that the wind blew a portion of the roof off. I called All Ply Roofing and they were out within an hour and fastened visqueen to the exposed areas of the roof. I worked directly with Brian Papnick of All Ply Roofing who photographed the damage and submitted the photos and bids to the insurance claims adjuster. They were extremely professional and helpful from start to finish. They had to remove what was left of the existing roof and start from scratch from insulation to the finished surface. All Ply Roofing was affordable, the new roof is fully guaranteed, and it looks beautiful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the rating. Found All Ply Roofing while trying to contact another local roofing company who ended up retiring and selling their business to All Ply. I took a chance to contact and got an estimate. Brian the general manager came out and provided the estimate and did an overview of my existing roof. All communication was concise and professional. I was pleasantly surprised of the competitive estimate compared to 4 other quotes that I coordinated for estimates. They are a certified GAF installer and have a 5 year labor warranty. Upon the day of installation I the crew showed up on time, was all highly professional and kept the area super clean. Altogether it took 1.5 days for entire tear off and installation of my new roof. I am super glad to have come across them and can highly recommend them to do your roof as well. read more

I recently had roofing bids completed for a roof I thought was the age of the home. This is the information I had when I recently purchased the property and wanted to prevent delayed maintenance. I had learned the hard way in the past, when I waited until a roof leak to replace an older roof. Brian let me know that the roof was much much younger than I thought. While other roofers, gave me a roof replacement bid, All Ply simply did some moss removal. That kind of honesty used to be standard, but more rare these days. I highly recommend All-Ply roofing. I recently discovered I had a leak in my roof. When I first spoke to All Ply on the phone I said I need a new roof anyway since it's 23 years old and that I was also told this by a roofing contractor that replaced a leaky skylight for me last year. All Ply responded quickly to my call and dispatched a crew out to take a look at my roof. The crew gave a thorough roof inspection and Identified the source of the leak and it was quickly repaired. They then told me my roof is in reasonably good condition and it has another 4 to 5 more years before replacement. They could have easily sold me on getting a new roof as that was my belief. It's refreshing to see that there are still people out there with honesty and integrity !!! read more
