Yesterday at noon my tenant called about a leak coming from her fan in the bathroom. I texted Colin and he was able to come out today. He found that the problem was simple, did a quick repair and did not charge me. Perdigon roofing also replaced the ridge line shingles of my friend's house. He did a great job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Perdigon if you have any roofing issues!

Excavators NW used a simple inexpensive fix and since then my basement has been dry. We had been quoted by others nearly 10 times what Excavators NW charged. Excavators NW had a much better understanding of the drainage and reasons for the flooding. Their repair included partial sewer drain replacement, French drain, and a sump pump, all of which were a lot less costly and made more sense for our 90-year-old Ballard home than what other companies proposed. I found out Excavators NW do a lot of work to keep houses dry since most of their business is lifting houses and putting in new basements. I knew nothing about the process but was curious and the owner was very accommodating in explaining how he keeps his customers basements forever dry. Super knowledgeable and super nice guy too. Highly recommended.

He was also willing to prepare multiple quotes so we could decide which direction we wanted to go. Throughout construction, he was extremely responsive and communicative, and wanted to make sure we were getting exactly what we expected. Darik performed the bulk of the demolition and construction on his own and did a fantastic job! We feel much safer now because of his work, and he also came up with creative and functional solutions to some design challenges we had, like adding a small door to leave us access under the deck while still blocking the area off so our dogs and other wildlife can't get into mischief. Overall a great experience, and we'll definitely be return customers with future projects.

New siding, new windows, new paint, new front door. His estimates were very reasonable for the great quality that they offered, so it was a highly competitive proposition. Art went above and beyond to exceed my expectations for the house. He put his time, effort, and money to get the project done as quickly as possible despite some of the external factors we faced, such as supply chain delays and bad weather. There were many times where he helped advance the project himself with his own hands when he really wasn't obligated to do so. I am grateful for that. The end result was spectacular and there was much attention paid to all the little details. I hope to cherish this house for many years to come. I do recommend Art and his company for any exterior work. He'll make sure it turns out great.

The job site was cleaned at the end of every day, and care was taken with landscaping. Any questions or concerns we had along the way were addressed quickly and completely. Cliff & his company were the subcontractors who installed roofing and the associated venting on a brand new home. My husband & I haven't lived here for more than two years, and mind you it was a new build, and we started experiencing leaks and had damaged dry wall at our top story. The general contractor suspected it was the work of Sharp Roofing so put us in contact with Cliff to complete the work since the roof is under warranty. Cliff and his company did an on site assessment which required a $300 deposit (one we were told would be refunded if Sharp was to not complete the work to fix the issue). Following the initial assessment, It took several phone calls and text messages (and nearly 3 weeks of waiting) to receive any updates from Cliff. When he did finally respond it was to share that the repairs needed had nothing to do with the work his company had completed in the initial build. We requested a refund of our deposit at this time, but heard crickets. The general contractor finally sent another roofing company out to look at the damage and within a day were able to perform the repairs. At this time it was confirmed that the repair was in fact due to work Cliffs company had performed. Not only are we out $300 for the deposit, but also are out several hundred dollars more because of the damage his poor job caused to our house (and not to mention the waiting and stress it has caused). All in all from start to finish, we will have been dealing with this issue for 3 months. I'd really think twice about hiring Sharp Roofing for even the smallest of jobs, or agreeing to partner with him on new builds. He is dishonest, a very poor communicator, and his company does poor quality work.

I do not recommend this roofing company. Our experience was horrible!…read more Several years ago, we decided to replace our roof. I selected a high-quality, long-lasting roof (Certainteed Presidential Shake Lifetime Luxury Shingles) and received bids from 5 companies. During the bidding process we discussed with every company that we wanted to add insulation to the gabled part of the roof over a vaulted ceiling. Every company that bid on our roof inspected the crawl space in our house, and the vaulted ceiling area, to assess options for insulation. No one said anything about wet wood or mold in our crawl space. Heritage wasn't the cheapest bid or the most expensive, but Dewayne Garner seemed reasonable and knowledgeable and Heritage offered a 15-year warranty from the date of installation on workmanship and labor. He recommended that we install a ridge vent for our home, indicating that they draft better and look better than standard roof jack/mushroom cap vents. He also suggested we replace the plywood over the gable part of ceiling so they could install insulation board between those rafters. We followed his recommendations. Fast forward 4 years and we had our roof professionally cleaned. One of the representatives from a roof cleaning company asked if he could inspect our crawl space. He expressed concern about the ridge venting being properly installed and potential mold. We were shocked to learn we had wet wood and the start of mold in our crawl space! Photographic evidence was provided. I called Dewayne Garner and he came to inspect the crawl space and saw the mold. He said, "I wouldn't even put a ridge vent on it if were doing this job now." He also commented that his crew hadn't properly closed off an end cable vent and that it should have been closed to enable the soffit vents to move air correctly. We agreed that I should get bids on mold remediation and get back to him. I got bids from five mold remediation company, and because there was the start of mold in our insulation as well, it had to be replaced, so I got multiple bids on that as well. All of these bids were submitted to Mr. Garner. Over the next few months, I reached out to Mr. Garner 8 times via phone messages/email and got little response. Mr. Garner had some personal health challenges at that time and I tried to be patient recognizing he was ill. I asked if there was an office or business manager who could assist me so I wouldn't have to reach out to him and was told there was no one else. When we did connect two + months later, I asked him for a time frame where we could address this and get this issue resolved. He told me he couldn't deal with it. I truly had compassion for his situation with his health challenge and offered to split the cost of the total repairs with Mr. Garner as we now needed the end gable closed, mold remediation and new insulation installed. Zero response. The cost to us has been close to $10,000. I thought I had done the right things; I got multiple bids, checked references, drove by a property to see what the roof would look like and I checked the BBB. However, later on I discovered that Mr. Garner had some previous issues with The Department of Labor & Industries. I understand mistakes happen and was willing to work with Heritage, but Mr. Garner's total disregard for the installation mistakes made by his company, his refusal to correct them and to cover the cost of the repairs (in spite of the warranty he provided) is indicative of dishonest business policy. Do not use this company.
