Once all the power and heat was turned on, Jay went above and beyond going through all the parts of the house. He pointed out everything they needed to repaired and gave rough estimates and referrals throughout the house. The thing that really stood out though was that Jay was straightforward and honest in his assessment. I work on a lot of houses, so all the figures he gave for estimates were pretty much in line with what I would expect. Not too high, like he was selling me on a repair I didn't need. But also not underselling the cost of what needed to get done. To me, there's nothing more valuable then getting accurate information. Don't try and overinflate or udnerflate what costs will be. Just say it like it is and let me decide how to proceed. I will absolutely be using 4 Seasons for future Home Inspection work and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a home assessed.

This was a complicated project involving a leaking glass sunroom built into a clay tile roof as well as seven more skylights. What we really appreciate about Armor Roofing is their rapid response and their constant communication, keeping us updated on the two month process of taking measurements, drawing up plans, providing a multi-page proposal with detailed costs, with updates on delivery of new synthetic tiles, skylights and a planned start date. Co-owner Santiago Rodriguez, who is project manager of challenging structures like ours, is a master craftsman. His hearty crew members are talented hard workers who arrived at dawn and worked way beyond dusk in the dark! They even pay attention to little details like cleaning up the ground around our house every evening before going home and texting us when they're going to be "10 minutes late"! After they did an amazing job, co-owner Santiago Guiterez came back a couple of weeks later and spent a day fixing a couple very small drip leaks on two facia corners. His mantra is "zero leaks." The job was started in the same week it was scheduled (though it was delayed by 1 day) and finished promptly (4 days total including down spout installation). The roof installer was led by Teles and they were professional and thorough in their work. In addition to the plywood that needed to be replaced, the fascia and barge boards also had to be replaced in certain sections. We found them honest when they recommended replacing just those sections since the wood was fine in all the other sections. They also painted the replaced sections to match the existing color of the house (we bought the paint for them).
