TLDR: These guys are the bomb. Look no further. Responsive, Good Value, and Honest. Our skylight started leaking at about 9:30 PM two days before we were set to go on a cross country vacation. Needless to say, I was stressed. I put the call out to Yelp and most responses were along the line of 'Sorry I don't service your area' or 'I could come out sometime next week.' Dylan from Amor Roofing, however responded quickly, asked a few questions and said he could get someone out there in the morning and scheduled a phone call for 8:00AM. By 10:30 the next morning Santiago was at my house. He clearly knew what he was talking about and was quickly up on the roof and diagnosed the problem and mitigated it with a tarp. In addition to the known problem skylight, he checked the other 5 and did a general roof inspection and even cleaned up some debris on the roof. Rather than trying to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need, he told me the roof was in good shape and that the rest of the skylights were sound, though he was a little worried about one of them. Communication was super clear and expectations were well set. Santiago had a quote out later the same day and apologized for the expensive price on the custom skylight we needed ordered (I was just happy to have a solution inbound), and then later told me that they had been quoted a retail price and passed along the $300 savings in our bill! These guys are prompt, great communicators, and HONEST to boot! WOW! Because I didn't want to worry about it, I went ahead and asked for the second skylight to be ordered and was given clear options and pros and cons on price difference for glass vs. dome. We agreed that since I wasn't having issues with my tarped skylight we'd just wait for both to come in and then install in one fell swoop. Well, mother nature had another idea and after a few days of strong rain, my originally failed skylight started a very small leak (likely because of the used tarp I gave them to cover it). I texted Santiago at 10:00PM at night and told him what happened. He texted me back at 6:00AM the next day and he and Dylan showed up in the afternoon and made quick work of it - the skylight was in before the end of the day. I hired Amor roofing to replace our roof. We got many quotes. A lot of companies offering to do the services without paying taxes and offering to cut corners. Dylan is very honest, straightforward and communicative. He shared with me who his best competitors are and was very low key, no sales pitch. My wife and I had a zoom meeting with Dylan after his team went into the attic to look at my roof and give me an accurate estimate. Dylan's business is the only business that went into the attic and had a full picture of the work that needed to be done. We were grateful that Dylan was upfront, honest and accomodating about the color of the roofing materials. He was very organized about the process, pays the workers working wages and his bid was competitive with other roofers. He was not the cheapest contractor, but the quality of his work and his ethics and standards of work were top notch. I have three neighbors that had their roofs replaced and some one neighbor paid over double what we paid, another neighbor paid much less and another neighbor paid about the same. I will say that I feel like I got the best value in the neighborhood. He was kind, thorough, and texted me updates each day with photos along the way showing the work completed. This company came well recommended and they lived up to the referral. Communication throughout the project was OUTSTANDING! The company owner personally brought roof samples by the house so that I could both see the product and have an opportunity for asking questions easier talked about than handled via email. I was offered multiple options, with each explained. The prices quoted were very in-line and even competitive with other estimates with only a percentage paid up front. A choice of install dates and was given and I was pleased by the co-operative response when I needed to change the original date. The day of the project the crew arrived on time and the work done as promised in one day with ground protection around the home. This included a delightful "extra" of cleaning an attached fiberglass roof and allowing an awkwardly long discard into their dumpster. The billing was sent and paid via email (not required before they left the driveway), allowing time to make sure the job was acceptable. I am quite pleased to recommend this company. read more

I called Dylan and he set up a time for his partner Santiago to come out and take a look. Santiago showed up on time and walked through the issues with me, and we also went up on the roof together and talked through all of the details. We then scheduled a time for them to come back and perform the repairs. The crew showed up on time, as scheduled and completed everything we discussed. Plenty of photos of the repair work were provided. I can't say enough about how smoothly things went. I had been very stressed about the cost and potential impact of the repairs but I was very pleased to find the cost to be very reasonable, and the service was outstanding. The recent heavy rain had ripped my gutter off the front of my garage. I called a contractor I'd used in the past, who referred me to Amor. I called for help and Santiago came out the next day to give me a quote. Turned out it was such a quick fix that he repaired it right then! I asked him to check out the back gutters and he said they were good but I had a vent pipe that was rusting out. I was grateful to know that before I had leak damage inside. Amor will be fixing it soon. The price was very fair and he offered to provide a five-year certificate, which I had no idea I'd need when I sell next year. Let it rain, I have a new roof! I'll keep this short but enough can't be said for Amor Roofing. Fair estimate, once Contract was signed, schedule was established, work began on time. Performance of existing roof removal and installation of new roof was efficient and effective. Grounds were protected, debris was hauled away quickly, crew was courteous and professional. Daily reports with photos were sent to my email, so I didn't have to go up there and look for myself. Problem areas were dealt with creatively using industry standards.
