He said although there were potential problems the actual damage was bad enough to introduce mold and future water damage. We called for three bids and when Pacific Evergreen Roofing came out, Jonathan and one of his workers surveyed the roof. They took pictures, discussed what they found, showed us what was a problem and what wasn't. Not only did they repair the damaged they addressed the potential issues the insurance company was concerned about at no extra charge. They were professional, thorough and committed to a job well done. They are now a fixture on our maintenance calendar. We look forward to a long-term relationship.

I highly recommend Pacific Evergreen Roofing as roof service. Jonathan has great customer obsession…read moreand really think about my benefits. At the beginning, I just quote for roof cleaning. Jonathan came very quickly with an inspection and pointed out a couple of other issues. He then showed my roof's true condition of the roof and proposed the corresponding plan. He was also flexible about the price of the service and eventually offered a very reasonable price (comparing with others, it is much less).

I cannot recommend Zoom and the team at Seattle Roof Systems enough! Zoom first noticed our roof…read morewas wearing down while working on another property in our neighborhood earlier this spring. He kindly knocked on our door to let us know it was at risk for moisture leaks, but instead of giving us a high-pressure sales pitch, he simply left his card and told us to call him in the summer if we wanted a bid. We had already received a different bid that felt incredibly high, so we decided to call Zoom. His quote--even with several added upgrades like a brand-new leaf guard gutter system--came in way below the competitor's price. Throughout the entire planning phase, Zoom was incredibly thoughtful, hopping on multiple calls with us to seamlessly coordinate the schedule. When it came time for construction, his hardworking crew knocked it out of the park. They completed the entire tear-down, structural decking and sheathing replacement where needed, composite fascia installation, and new shingles in just over a day and a half. The new gutters were installed a couple of days later and took only two hours. We are so grateful for the speed, efficiency, and incredible work ethic of the crew, but above all, we appreciate Zoom's genuinely caring, flexible, and zero-pressure approach. He feels like a friend now, and we will recommend Seattle Roof Systems forever!

I reached out to Jorge regarding a paint job for a rental property. I found him through Nextdoor,…read morewhere one of my neighbors hired him for a complete exterior paint job for a decent price. I contacted him and he cane out and gave me a verbal quote. I agreed and told him I was having floors replaced so I would need to have that completed first. He said if He did that part he could give me a price break, unfortunately his price was higher than the flooring company that I was using. So we set the date for after the floors were completed. Along the way i reached out regarding trim work and replacing doors to which he rarely answered the phone and preferred text. I would ask when he could start and his responses were hit and miss. Finally when we set a date, I reached out the day before and asked about items I was purchasing, and then asked him to send a final invoice (which he did not seem to want to provide) and when i gave him all the prices we discussed he mentioned an additional $500 or so for the paint. Now keep in mind when we initially discussed this project he said the price would only increase if I chose a color other than white. And he was giving me the price because it was because he would use the same color and sheen for the walls and baseboard. He decided in the end that he wanted more money and since he does not provide written estimates without repeatedly asking, he was able to change his price. Being that tine was running out I asked if he would honor his price and told him to cancel one item on the list because this was going to put me over budget. I asked if he would honor his original price, and from there he stopped responding. The next morning I called to see what the plans were since I had to schedule time off to have someone there for them, he did not respond to texts or my last call. In the end, I am fortunate I was able to experience this before the project started since it could've become very stressful. I do not recommend any company that does not provide written quotes and will change prices on a whim. Not to mention one that stops responding to a client that they've scheduled a job with.

TOV Siding did an excellent job with my home renovations. Art met me at my house to talk about what…read morethey could do to modernize the whole look of the house on the outside. New siding, new windows, new paint, new front door. His estimates were very reasonable for the great quality that they offered, so it was a highly competitive proposition. Art went above and beyond to exceed my expectations for the house. He put his time, effort, and money to get the project done as quickly as possible despite some of the external factors we faced, such as supply chain delays and bad weather. There were many times where he helped advance the project himself with his own hands when he really wasn't obligated to do so. I am grateful for that. The end result was spectacular and there was much attention paid to all the little details. I hope to cherish this house for many years to come. I do recommend Art and his company for any exterior work. He'll make sure it turns out great.
