I went in for a fill in and design and was offered lash extensions . Against my better judgment, I added the lashes to my services. This was on a Thursday. By Sunday, I was at Patient First. The lashes were glued to my eyelids with what appeared to be hair glue...a thick black glue and my lids became inflamed. My eyes became irritated even after washing them each day with tear free soap. I've had my lashes done several times by professionals, but was too trusting of the lady doing my lashes. Update to dip powder.. after the 4th day I noticed that the tips of my nails on the sides were chipping and because my natural nail is flimsy, it's keeps snagging. I called the nail salon today but Danny is off and won't return until tomorrow. They told me to stop by then. So I'll stop by Thursday afternoon to have them looked at and redone. Not sure if he forgot to add the base liquid to my nail. But these are not adhering at all. And I've had dip powder applied for years now and they normally last up to 3 weeks. The lady who serviced me was polite and made conversation but also up charged me at every opportunity. I'm new to having my nails done and asked for fill ins on my existing acrylic nails and repair for a couple fingers. She cut my nails off (including my natural nails which I am trying to protect and grow) and then removed my acrylics and insisted I do a powder instead of acrylic and gel because "no one gets acrylic" (her words). The time to do my nails was much quicker than acrylic and gel and they look nice minus the glitter she added that I didn't ask for and didn't want and the fact that the nails are various lengths of shortness. An extra short set of powder nails with accents on two fingers cost me 67 dollars. I'm not sure what the going rate is but considering the price for a full set acrylic was 40, I feel this was a bit steep especially with them being very short. I'm not sure I would return. read more

My sister treated me to a manicure which excited me because I hadn't had one in years. Lien did my manicure and polished with gel. Literally two days later, my gel began chipping at the tip of my nails... I mean 8/10 of my nails. Rightfully so I was so pissed. I've never had a manicure, gel at that begin to chip within two days. I want to also mention that after my gel polish was dry, Lien began filling my nails which I thought was strange. I can only assume this assisted in the gel lifting so soon. Because I was on vacation, I was unable to make it back to the salon until 6 days later. The gentleman working began arguing with me about how I should've come immediately or at least called, both in which I was unable to do because I was on vacation. After the employees talked in their language in which I couldn't understand, they unwillingly filled off the gel and repolished. Let me start by saying the repolish was terrible. Lien rushed because she didn't want to redo them and painted my skin without attempting to remove the polish before drying. If I could've requested the polish be removed and a refund, I would've. My sister spend over $100 between my manicure and her medium full set and I felt with that cost, my nails should be done right. I'm not satisfied still even after the repolish and I will never spend another dollar in this salon. For the high cost and the continually trash talking which you may not be able to understand, save your money and peace and go somewhere else. I went here looking for a nice new nail place. Inside this facility is very clean, but in all other sorts I am not pleased. I went for my first pedicure of the year there, and a manicure. The pedicure was alright after having to pay 10 extra dollars for them to remove "calluses" the employee handed me a folded pamphlet and told me to choose, and I've never been there so I really didn't know the options. The employee put my feet in ALMOST cold water. He asked me if I wanted anything to drink, and I politely declined. Other than that the pedicure was alright. For the manicure I am so HIGHLY disappointed and dissatisfied because I CAN paint my nails better than the technician did. The main purpose I was paying for a manicure for was for the hand massage and the dead skin off my nail bed. Other than that I could have just saved 20 some dollars for a painting? Also it's not 2 days after the salon visit and my nails are chipping and looking horrible. So, I'm going to have to re-do them after paying all this money to the salon really for nothing at all but wasted time and a horrible experience. My moms experience was even worse, her foot water was cold the technician didn't even speak to her, apparently she had an ingrown toenail and the technician left it in....? Anywhere else we have ever went, the technician removes that for whomever? The technician never asked my mom if she wanted a drink. Never asked what type of pedicure she wanted. Spoke ONCE to see if she wanted a design on her toes. Once my mom got up to get her pink and white fill on the guy didn't speak to her then. - After she explains to me the technician lost control of her finger and the automatic nail filer thing sliced her finger. She specifically asked for a gold line across her pink and white (which she's been getting for years) he didn't do that for her. ON TOP OF ALL THIS, 4 out of the 10 fingers look like her nail isn't connected to the other part, it looks like bubbles underneath the product? We were trying a different salon because the one we were going to for years we found out wasn't very cleanly so we wanted to try a different place, and the experience was probably one of the worst experiences I've ever been too. I have been going to this salon for awhile, but I have never had any real Issue. I took my 6 year old daughter (her first time in a nail salon) yesterday to get her nails painted and get myself a fill in and repair. The manwho services me seemed a bit agitated, (his tag said his name was Duy V Pham)but I didn't pay it any mind. I had ombré nails on and decided to get a gel Color instead, he seemed annoyed at this. He actually did my nails the last time and I had one nail with glitter on each hand. The glitter I choose this time was too light for that nail because the old glitter was able to be seen through and it looked weird. So I asked him, if we could do a darker color and he got mad, stood up and said to pick another color and walked off. The receptionist came and told me to go with her to get another color. When we came back to the table he told me she would finish me and walked off all upset. I was completely confused. Even my 6 year old was like, "mommy is he mad?". No explanation, no nothing, the lady who finished painting my nails, said he was having personal issues, but when another customer came in he serviced her. I told her I didn't appreciate it and they have been getting my money and I did understand why. I only asked to get a darker color(i wasn't rude or being nasty in any case). Went here twice. First gel manicure was "okay." They really clumped the polish heavily towards the tips but I had a dark polish color so it wasn't super noticeable. The second time, which was a few weeks after the first, the guy tried to remove the gel and polish with just the electric file, which slipped multiple times burning and cutting my skin, causing me to bleed. Finally, a woman came over and wrapped my fingers in acetone, like he should have done from the start! He then used a cuticle cutter, that I thought was possibly used and not sanitized properly in an auto clave. He also cut me a few times. When I said something re: the cuticle scissors, he acted like he didn't know what I was saying. I won't be back. The polish job was decent. read more

I've been going here for years and I haven't had an issue until recently. I waited 32 minutes just for my nail tech to rush through and do a 31 minute service. Also, someone who walked in after me was serviced before me and received a normal service. Upon arrival I was told to pick a color online just to be told later that was inaccurate. I picked another color after being yelled at to pick one quickly just to be told they're out of that color. During my service, the nail tech forgot to massage one of my feet/legs, the towel was cold and she rushed through my pedicure to the point that she did a horrible job (see pics). Worst manicure of my life. I came in after work on a Wednesday and was sat immediately for my gel manicure- that was about where the good ended. My nail tech (a lady whose name I didn't catch) raised her voice at me and demanded "what color" the second I sat down. I told her I did not know yet- she repeated herself louder and with more attitude. After another tech realized I never got a chance to look at the choices provided the set to my tech, she shoved the binder ring of choices at me. I pulled them down into my lap while she was starting to take off my current polish, and she yanked them out- and loudly exclaimed "what color" AGAIN! I told her I didn't know yet and she said "well pick" and fanned them out - that's what I was trying to do! This was over all of maybe 2 minutes. I definitely did not take an exorbitant amount of time to chose by any means. Honestly at this point I should've probably just left or demanded another tech but I was in need of some serious nail attention. Through the rest of the manicure, she yanked my hands all around, cut me on my cuticles in multiple places, got polish ALL over my cuticles, and proceeded to shove my cuticles back with her NASTY fingernails. Seriously, you work with your hands - make sure your fingernails don't have visible dirt underneath them! Yuck. When she was done, she put a dollop of lotion on each of my wrists/hands - didn't even try to rub it in, yanked on my fingers (like what?! I don't even want you to massage my hands but that was just weird), then thrust my hands in front of my face and said "Good? Good?" With her 'tude. No, not really good! But at this point all I wanted was to get out of there. I walked to the register with streaks of lotion still on my hands that I ended up having to rub in. And this *excellent* experience? Cost me $30 before tip. As much as I didn't want to tip for such a shitty experience, I couldn't do that. So now I'm out more than $30 for a crap manicure and my cuticles STILL hurt - 3 days later. read more

The ambiance is lovely. I decided to come here while I waiting to get a prescription refilled next door at the pharmacy. The service was fine. I got the basic at $27 then they added and additional $7 for the foot scrapper, really?! They tried to convince me in the $47 pedi but I will never pay that much for them...I mainly do them myself and sometimes get my feet softer than most salons. Was the first customer in there today 7/21/21 at 10 am the time they open I went in there knowing exactly what I wanted and showed the nail tech what I wanted I explained which nails I wanted the designs on and I really should've stopped right there because it was very clear the lady was not understanding me all the way she then proceeded to paint my whole nail a solid color which I then stopped her and asked her about the designs I wanted and told her yet again which nails I wanted the designs on and she still proceeded to paint the next nail I wanted a design on a solid color after going through THREE different nail techs to try and fix what the first two ladies this is what they ended up giving me absolutely nothing like the pictures at ALL not only that the older hispanic lady with limited English next to me who was also getting her nails done which was the second customer to come in was being rushed to pick her color after asking them to give her time to make a choice and then still being rushed and the nail techs huffing and puffing as if we were giving them a hard time they were being so rude to the older Hispanic lady that she started to CRY midway of getting her nails done ! which finally PISSED me off ! Me being bilingual I stood up for the lady and let them know that they were treating that wonderful lady like trash and like she didn't deserve to be there. At the end of this terrible experience here I ended up paying for not only myself but for the lady next to me as well. I felt that she did deserve to be there just as much as other paying customer and I was not going to let them take her money. The only person that seems to be able to do any type of a good job there is Peter and even then it's not worth being treated like that. Anyway I went to Krystal she did and great job at least I thought until less than a week my nails were breaking.(purple nails). Then I decided to return and get them repaired. This nail salon is my go to during lunch breaks. I am normally in and out. I like that they have a lot of technicians available at all times. They offer fresh fruit, water or soda to every customer. The prices are average compared to others in that area. I normally get my gel polish changed or a pedicure. They have a nice selection of colors for gel, powder or regular polish. First things first! This place is open on a Sunday! An automatic plus for me. I was quite impressed with the layout of the salon & spa when I walked In. It was beautifully decorate and it didn't take forever to get in and out. I felt like they had a good selection of colors to choose from and it was CLEAN in the salon. Like you could actually see someone actively cleaning. I like that they provide a drink and light refreshments along with your service, it makes the difference sometime! I will never be visiting this establishment again. Requested a pedicure for someone with Callus and they said it would be $75 immediately. I told the lady that is perfectly fine since I'm completely okay with paying for someone to deal with such extreme problem but never did I think that I would leave feeling worst than I arrived. 2 hours later and here I am sitting at a different establishment waiting for someone else to fix this mess and actually take care of my callus.
