I had an unfortunate incident where the girl parked next to me in a parking lot got into her car on a super windy day and the wind forced her door into my car when she opened it. Sure enough it dented the side pretty good. She was very apologetic and I knew it wasn't really her fault so I decided to take it to a repair shop to get an estimate and see if we could work something out. Regal repair had amazing reviews and was not far from where I live. I requested a quote and got a reply within 10 minutes. They asked me to come down so they could look a little closer at the damage and offered a PDR (paint less dent repair) to make it more affordable (~$100). I was able to bring in my car the next morning since I had to head to work that day. Everyone at the shop was very attentive and ready as soon as I drove up. After a couple hours, Hayk informed me that the guy was unable to 100% fix the damage and that it would be no charge. You can tell this shop stands behind their work and since he was not pleased with a perfect result, he did not feel right charging me. I asked if he was sure and offered to at least tip the guy for his hard work! He refused and said he will pay him and not to worry about it. Even though it is not perfect, they did an amazing job! I barely notice it and I know it was a tough area to work on since the dent sat on a cornered edge. I was also cutting it close to work since I have a pretty big commute and only have availability from 8-10am and they offered to let me borrow a car and just return it when I pick up my vehicle if it went past the time I needed to leave, they also offered me a ride anywhere I needed to go during the appointment which was very generous and kind. I told him I would come back for my future repairs because I appreciate the work ethic, kindness and honesty of his shop. Highly recommend!! read more

Had a fender bender. The North Hollywood location made my fiat look brand new! I was so pleased I signed up for more services! They also ceramic-tinted the windows (it's noticeably at least 10 degrees cooler on hot days - no more burning my legs on the leather after it's been sitting in the sun!) Just got my car back from Regal Repair and couldn't be happier with my car and customer service! I am overjoyed with the results of my vehicle repair and the whole process throughout! I had been rear ended back in Sept 2020 and had to go through the other drivers insurance for a settlement check to get it fixed. I had been in an accident before where it wasn't my fault but it was the first time a check was issued to me and I would be sent to look for my own repair shop. I was pretty confused. I found out about Regal Repair through a Google search a few months later (pure laziness on my part to get my car fixed). I emailed them pictures of the damage to my car and within minutes I received a reply for a quote for the repairs! After that I called the office to set up an appointment, especially after noticing that they had an offer to pick up the car! I made arrangements with the manager to actually take my key from my roommate as early in the morning as he could since I had to go to work that same morning and he went with it with no issues! From the minute my car left my house, I haven't had to do anything but the occasional check-in! Everytime I wanted an update from them, they would reply within minutes! They were able to provide pictures of my car before and after the repairs. At one point they needed to requote the car and handled everything with the insurance without me having to get involved! Everything was smooth from beginning to end; they were able to pick up my vehicle without disrupting my regular work schedule and even accommodated me when it came time to pick up my car! Found this place on Yelp after someone broke my side mirror through either a hit and run or vandalism and they were great! Alex opened up the shop on Saturday after it happened even though they were closed. They ordered the parts on Monday and finished everything on Tuesday.
