One word: De-freaking-licious!! Help me, God, if I were a local I'd be frequenting this place like heck. Damn. First thing first, we got there for an early dinner so the place wasn't packed, with plenty of parking space too outside. We were greeted and seated immediately in one of their booths. I enjoyed the little details they put on their sea-themed decorations, definitely made me smile. The menu was very clear and straight-forward. I wanted to order everything. I got the 1/2 pound of shrimp and crawfish in their buttery garlic sauce, while he got the 1/2 pound of shrimp and crawfish with sides of 1/2 pound of sausages with their Boom sauce (all of their seasonings mixed together: Original/Crafty Cajun, Lemon Pepper, and Buttery Garlic). Man, it was all so juicy and paired well with the sauce - my head wanted to explode from how good every bite was. I gotta say that his Boom seasoning was better-balanced compared to my buttery garlic though, they did the spices right on that Boom sauce. I also ordered the Pina Colada for drink, you can't go wrong with some Pina Colada. It was fantastic, I couldn't be happier with everything. Service was great, there was a minor error with the bill but the server quickly fixed it with no issue when informed. Will I ever go back here? A thousand times yes.

1/2 pound crab, 1/2 pound shrimp exposed

My hopes weren't high. I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff was pleasant. I ordered 1/2 pound crab and 1/2 pound headless shrimp with mild garlic sauce. The shrimp were large and plentiful. The crab cracked easily making crabmeat extraction a breeze. I was worried there wouldn't be enough food; I have a big appetite. Again I was surprised. I was completely satisfied. More would have been too much. The shrimp were the star. Big, plump and delicious. The crab was good. I would order it again. When we left I was totally like, "I'd come back here in a heartbeat".

Met a friend here for dinner one evening last week. We both have wanted to try this place for a while. We were the only ones there when we arrived, which made me a little nervous, but maybe it's because it was a Tuesday and everyone else is committed to their new years resolution to eat out less. Obviously, that's not working for me. People came in while we were there, so I was glad to see it. I was worried New Orleans had spoiled me for seafood boils, but really it just inspired my love for them. The shrimp and snow crab boil I got was delicious. Their seasoning was great, I went with mild, because I wanted to see what their baseline flavor is. My friend went with fire, because she likes to feel the burn. Both were delicious, but I'm happy I went with mild! There is a third spicy level, medium, for those who want some heat. For sides, we got an order of hush puppies and the shrimp salad. I enjoyed both, the salad was plenty for the two of us to share, the hush puppies are also a generous serving and could definitely serve more than 2 - unless you love them as much as I do. By the end of the meal, we were both stuffed. I'm glad I finally made it here to try it, and now have a seafood boil place that's got great quality and doesn't require a flight! Be prepared to make a mountain of napkins, because this hands on experience sure can get messy!!

    Sea food boil.

This place is amazing!! I live in Chillicothe and we come an hour and half to just eat here!! The service is always great!! Not sure why this place isn't packed daily. The food comes out quick and is the best sea boil around!! And the atmosphere is great!!

    Shrimp basket and coleslaw

Both of us got the fried shrimp basket with onion rings, and one side of coleslaw. The small basket contained 10 medium sized shrimp and 6 small to medium onion rings. The side of coleslaw was about 2 - 3 ounces. The shrimp and coleslaw were almost tasteless, and the onion rings were OK at best. We will not be returning.

    Small mix seafood

The food is amazing i love spicy but i got the level medium, i should get the mix sauce and level hot I went there on Tuesday 7 pm i have 1 server and she is fast enough for only one person serve many table.. the restaurant is clean and comfortable, the ambiance was great

What a great meal! I have been craving Crab Legs and boy this did not disappoint. The food was excellent, the service was on point and the entire experience was worth the more than reasonable cost. I will be back with friends soon. It was definitely worth the drive from NKY.

Came to try out this new seafood place with my son. It was okay. The seafood tasted almost watery and anemic. There were quite a few people there considering they are fairly new. We did not have to wait. Not a place we plan on returning to. That's too bad. I like to support new businesses.

    Birthday dinner

I was so I happy I celebrated my birthday here. The food was so good and our server was so nice . It was wasn't so busy which made the mood just as nice. Definitely recommend this to anyone.

I was quite satisfied with my order but also a little disappointed. I ordered the Jumbo Bone in Wings, Blackened Chicken Potato Skins and the Fiery Chicken Club. The reason I was disappointed was because on the menu it doesn't state that the Potato Skins comes with scallions and that the Chicken Club comes with onion and tomatoes but when I received my order it came with the scallions and onions. I don't eat them so I had to take the time to pick it off my food before I could eat. I believe that all items that come on the food should be stated on the menu but at least I know for next time to ask for my food to be made without the onions and scallions.

This was my choice for my birthday dinner and it was a good one. Service was top notch. Genuine smiles from the hostess, waitress, and the man who brought the warm bread basket. The waitress was cheerful, communicative, and she timed everything just right so the meal was perfect in every way including pace. The cocktails are works of art and well worth the prices (which are not above average). I included a picture of the two that we enjoyed. We got the arancini appetizer but asked for the peppercorn ranch on the side...which is my recommendation. It's actually very tasty and peppery and I think I'd love it on a salad. The arancini were excellent, golden brown and nicely put together. My husband had filet mignon done to perfect medium rare and I furthered my Italian food fix with the Campanelle Salsiccie. Sausage gravy was delicious though I thought there was a little too much sauce. House made pasta. Fresh grated Parmigiano cheese was a lovely addition. I took half my pasta dish home as I was so full. Generous portion! And, they knew it was my birthday and presented a complimentary tiramisu which was nice and light and so good. I hope to be back before too long. Great place for a very fine meal, and highly recommended.

Myself, my husband, our 11 month old baby, and two of our sisters went out for dinner to celebrate mine and my babys birthdays, which are next week. We knew we needed a bit more space than usual since the baby's highchair and belongings take up some space, and the hostess and Manager were accommodating and kind as they offered us several different tables until we found one that worked, even though it was a Saturday night and they were booked with reservations. We ended up sitting in the enclosed back patio, which was nice and brighter than where we had sat before. Our server, Megan, introduced herself and was so kind and personable that we knew we were about to have great service. We started with bread service, because for $3.50 you get unlimited 16 bricks spread and whipped butter and olive oil. It comes out hot and is just really great bread. Last time I visited, I tried the mussels and I loved the saffron broth so much. I thought to myself that I would like to add some plain pasta to whatever broth was left. So this time, I ordered the muscles and I asked the server about getting plain noodles, and she said I wasn't the first person to request that, so the chef prepared the dish on top of a pile of their house made fettuccine noodles. It was really delicious with all of the fresh chopped garlic. My husband got the Cacio E Pepe and loved it. About 2/3 of the way through, he got full and said he should probably take it home, but it was too good to stop, so he ended up finishing every last bite. My sister got the chicken Parmesan with a side of Alfredo sauce. She loved it! We all tried the Alfredo sauce and agreed that while it is super rich, it was spot on. We all ended up dipping bread in it and adding some to our dishes. I think I will have to try the fettuccine Alfredo dish sometime. My other sister ordered the veggie pasta which comes with vegan noodles. The server made sure that she wanted the vegan noodles and not the regular, but my sister ended up swapping for the regular pasta since she has a pasta fanatic and knows they have really good housemaid pasta. She enjoyed her dish as well. Megan checked on us several times throughout the night and made pleasant conversation. She also complimented my baby for being super cute, which every mom wants to hear. We were honestly already having a great night when Megan offered to bring us bread to go and boxed up all of our leftovers for us. But then she took things up one more notch when she brought me and my baby birthday desserts because she heard me mention that I am breast-feeding and she is a mother too with a baby similar in age to mine, so she empathizes with how hard of a journey it is. My baby is turning one in a week, and his dad and I haven't given him sugar yet... Until tonight. Megan truly created the most magical moment for us to give him his first taste of a true sweet treat. We sang him happy birthday for the very first time and helped him blow out his first candle. It is no surprise that he absolutely loved the whipped cream we gave him. This was our first time celebrating our babies's birthday, and our nearly shared birthday, and Megan truly made it one to remember. Thanks for the core memory, Caruso's. We will be back.

My only suggestion is that it could have been served a little hotter, especially since it comes on a sizzling hot plate. We stopped by on a random weekday around 11 a.m., and the diner was already bustling with customers. Even so, we were seated almost immediately. By noon, there was a noticeable line out the door waiting for tables. On a regular weekday, that's a pretty good sign that this place is a local favorite. You can really tell this is the kind of diner people return to again and again. It feels like generations of families have made it their go-to lunch spot, and it's wonderful to see a neighborhood restaurant with that kind of loyal following. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, checking in throughout our meal to make sure everything was good. I can definitely see why this diner is so well loved.
