Went around 5pm on a weekday and it was pretty crowded! My husband and I were seated quickly and our server was friendly and attentive. We both ended up ordering Regular Cheeseburgers, we went safe since their other burgers seemed loaded with toppings. They were pretty delicious and as I watched other orders come out of the kitchen, all burgers seemed to be decent-sized handhelds, so I'll definitely order something else next time. Our server recommended the Onion Rings that come drizzled with ranch, teriyaki and sriracha aioli. Also really good - but they came WAY before our burgers did which was a bummer. We ended up ordering fries to eat with our burgers, but they were pretty disappointing. Overall, a good experience and looking forward to returning. Happy to have this place in the area! read more

They tried. We ordered the Cali burger. The beef was unseasoned. It should have come with avocado..... it was there however it was a tiny little brown piece. The sweet potato fries were terribly undercooked, unseasoned and cold. We asked for water and we were server ice water that was beige... Plus side.... Let's be honest, this review may be cheating a bit, as my wife and I both subbed out their beef patty for grilled chicken. But we were not disappointed. Their beer selection is broad. I got a Mexican style beer and it was great. We ordered onion rings as a side, and they tempura batter them to perfection. The sauces they drizzle combined with the batter leaves the onion to come through with body, and boy does it. Not a bad bite in the dish. My wife got the teriyaki burger and I got the Italian burger. The Italian tasted somewhere between chicken parmesan and a fantastic slice of pizza. The fried pepperoni made a tasty crunch, and the fried mozzarella sticks added plenty of richness. I was hesitant to combine marinara and ranch, but I won't be in the future. Beautiful flavors blended together to create delicious bite after bite. The teriyaki burger tasted like California, fresh and clean. The lettuce added a delightful crunch, and was great at acting as a sauce delivery device. The avocado added a nice full body, and with the sweetness of the bun, each bite was a delight. The burgers were done so well I feel like a beef patty might subtract from the overall, so I get an excuse to go back and experiment. Joanna was very pleasant and attentive. The unassuming atmosphere makes for a relaxed feel. They give you soft drinks already in lidded to go cups, and when it was time to leave they topped us off, so we got to go drinks as well. Just finished a fabulous lunch at Craft Burger. I created my own burger - angus beef, bacon, brioche bun, pepper jack cheese, bacon aioli sauce (deeelish), and the standards (lettuce, tomatoes, grilled onions ) with sweet potato fries. My friend had the regular cheeseburger with tater tots. The burgers are big and everything was delicious! Their lunch special is a free side with any burger ordered. Big kudos to Joanna our server. We were there during lunchtime and it was busy. As far as I could tell, she was the only server. Inspite of her being the only server, she gave us great service with a smile and a great attitude. Craft Burger in the village plaza. Never been here. Had a lot of taps for IPA's. Looks like a cool spot. Popped in for some lunch with the family. Wasn't too busy. Sat down immediately. Waitress was great. Smile and took our order. Unfortunately, my son's order did not come out to order specifications (they took it back and came back with no cheese in less than a minute). The world famous chili was too salty (I wouldn't call it world famous). Too watery and it lacked texture, balance, and meat. The Asian salad was decent but the dressing was "suspect", it was like pouring syrup. Chicken nuggets were good. Crispy. Chicken sandwiches were decent. Not bad actually. I should've had their smash craft burger instead. Maybe that would've got the food 4 stars. I do rate the food here at 3.5 stars. It's definitely bar food. Lacks character and definitely way too much SALT!! Taste your creations or use less sodium! I still tipped my waitress as she was attentive and still smiling.
