The food is about the same as everywhere else but what peeved me was the" all you can eat for 39 per adult" bait and switch. Small parking lot , pulled up heard loud music blasting outside , thought the place was lovely for my lady and I to dine in , wasn't able to sit down and eat so we decided to get the food Togo , on the way home I realized they forgot my sausage and French bread , turned back around and the lady gave me a side of butter . Did the all you can eat with family and was very disappointed. The first batch was greasy. Then when I got my rice it was a gnat or fruit fly in it and they didn't bother to bring me out anymore. The place is small and everyone is eating elbow to elbow. They don't come to you as often as they should, we had to wave down our waiter in order to get any type of attention. Honestly with how packed it was we still got sat really quickly. They told us about a 20-30 min wait and I think we only waited like 10 MAYBE 15 mins. I unfortunately didn't get our servers name it was a white boy with blonde hair he was super sweet the whole time! He did have to leave us for a little bit for a break but even our next server was super sweet, I believe her name was Kate? the food itself was super good! Great portions! The AYCE is per person but you all share a bag of food and you can get up to 3 apps, 3 seafood items, and any amount of sides, with the sauce and spice level. Unfortunately bc it's one bag the spice level and seasoning has to be the same. The vibe of the place was great, loud music but not too loud and one big projector screen with one smaller tv on the side in the little corner area we sat and the decor of the place was nice. Please read this before ordering on the app. Almost every time I order delivery through the Crab N Spice app, I receive the wrong order. I usually use my rewards (which require points), and those reward items are almost always missing from my order. When I try to call the phone number listed on the app, it's unavailable, so I end up having to drive to the restaurant to get my order corrected, which totally defeats the purpose of ordering delivery. The staff has told me this happens because the reward items don't print on the receipt--but that seems like a system issue, not something the customer should be responsible for. This has happened to me more than three times already. If you're wondering why I keep ordering, it's because the crab n spice sauce is really good, lol. I love getting the bag of shrimp and crawfish. But this will probably be the last time I order through the app. I'll just take the L and drive from now on :( read more

Crab N Spice is the only other chain I trust if I need my cajun fix! I recommend getting the all spices option to whatever spice level to your liking (don't let the coconut intimidate you it's not that prominent in the taste). The fries were crispy, rice was great, our server was very kind as well! The shrimp were mostly good, some soggy ones. They probably prepare those menu items ahead of time and aren't made to order like the rest of the menu so none of them are fresh by dinner. Quail eggs and sausage were delicious. The breading on the apps were too thick. If it wasn't for the over salting of everything it would've been an overall more enjoyable experience. I'm pretty annoyed seeing as I paid $91 for seafood that had no flavor......they are always changing things now they give you a tiny cup for the water when before they would bring the water pitcher to your table. Came here after seeing the AYCE promo on social media and I was so impressed! Firstly, we got there late, around 8:20 on a Saturday (which their AYCE seating cut off is at 8:45) and there were a few tables ahead of us. Technically, with the tables ahead of us and the timing, we wouldn't have made the cut off to be seated, but the hostess was sooo sweet and tried her best to make it work and found us a small table! Our server, who happened to be the guy we were chatting with at the host stand, was so cool and kind and helpful. He consistently checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed at all times, brought us everything in a timely manner, and was really sweet in joining in on our excitement with receiving the food (we'd been out and about all day and hadn't eaten so was starving by the time we got there). Unfortunately, we barely made it through 2 rounds of food but WOW! Everything was sooo freakin delicious, the seafood was good quality, big shrimps and crab, the sauce was amazing and made to order (we ordered a side of sauce and it came piping hot), and all the add ins were cooked perfectly! All the fried foods from the Cajun fries, fried green beans, and onion rings were perfectly cooked, seasoned, and super crispy! I wish I could've eaten more but over had such a great experience. It's definitely great for a group setting since it was 4 people and we did the all you can eat which was worth it! the crab legs were sooo good and the shrimp was juicy! I tried a mango beatbox, and it wasn't too bad - 11%. but for other alcoholic drink options it's mostly different beers. the service was also really good as our waitresses were very helpful with the menu and offering recommendations and clarification. and good music choices as well! read more
