Food is very mid. Make the drive to boiling crab instead. Service and ambiance was good. But food was awful

Ngl this is the worse sea food boil I've ever had. We left within 10 mins we are on our way to boiling crab never ever cheating again !

Seafood boil is oily, no flavor, the fried shrimp basket is in fact not fried nor battered. However, the service was good. But the food is a NO for me! read more

Service was great !! G was really sweet! The place has great vibes !! Overall, Crab N Spice delivers on quality, flavor, and service. Can't wait to come back for another seafood feast! read more

If it let me choose 0 stars I would All you can eat is bull shit 40 dollars per person but it's serve ex family style and you only get 1round of crab legs after that it's 12 dollars per person and if you want peeled shrimp it's 5 dollars person, and each round gets shorter and shorter I would not recommend this to nobody I rather go to kickin crab read more

Ofelia was very sweet and helpful with her service ! Will for sure be coming back!!!!!!

Second time eating at the restaurant it was great!Fast friendly service. Great food and good price!

Let me start by saying I went there for the all you can eat seafood boil, which was 39.99 per person, not knowing that if one person order the all you can eat, everyone at the table also had to order it, I think that is so unfair that everybody at the table even if one person wanted it all you can eat, everybody have to order all you can eat. They give you "1" snow crab cluster with your order, if you want another one it's an extra charge. You get all you can eat shrimp, crawfish, and mussels. If you want headless shrimp it's an extra $3. The add on's (corn, potatoes, sausage and quail eggs). Time limit is 90 mins to eat. I would not recommend this place if you are a crab lover, it will cost too much for crab legs. I did not stay to try the food, for the price is too expensive for extra crabs etc. Also I don't know what kind of shrimp they serve. read more

It was me and my mom's first time here and Jeet was our server. He was great! He did everything he could to accommodate us sitting by the kitchen. The food was really good. I recommend the Captain's Special. You get a bit of everything pretty much. Thanks again for everything Jeet! read more

The Hostess was very rude letting us know at 7:30pm they were no longer taking parties being that they close at 10pm. When asked if she would accommodate us she had no remorse or any response at all and just stood there. read more

I highly recommend this place! Reasonable prices for fresh seafood boil and variety of sides.. flavor was right on spot. Excellent service! Very convenient location and parking as well. Best seafood boil I've had so far. Will definitely be back soon! read more

H O R R I B L E experience . My family of 3 came to dine in for a last min dinner at 545pm 2/1/25. Yes, I was greeted and seated... but from there on it was a "I WISH I WOULDVE KEPT DRIVING" moment waitress came 30mins later... prior to that 3 other tables were seated and I saw them serviced with their order and drinks. I immediately went to the greeter and asked what's going on, he stated "the waiters were not responding to his orders for the zones" I'm like okay no problem. Well well well, 30mins later here's my waiter.. I told her I wanted to speak to the manager after placing my order. She never told the manager anything, I saw him standing and asked "are you the manager" he gave me the DUMBEST BLANK STARE and I said, "what's your name" he hesitated and humped his shoulder looking away saying "Kevin" I knew at that moment my service was not appreciated... I couldn't voice my concern smfh The waiter returns asking do you want your order? I'm like of course why wouldn't I ?!!! Tilapia taste like it's being friend in chicken grease, eww. Shrimp 8/10 Lemon pepper wings 5/10 (need more season) I will say Jeul was helpful... and apologetic. G (a waiter) very friendly attitude... (he wasn't my waiter) :/ But he stopped by to check in NEVER coming back. read more

This place could have 5 stars in no time. I usually get the shrimp in the bag. The sauce was just amazing, and probably the best flavor I've had. The only minor problem is that the shrimp as stated previously was a bit overcooked, and that can make a difference in how good the shrimp can be. If they improve a bit on how long they cook the shrimp , this place could be the best on Carson. read more

Amazing hospitality. Food was definitely pleasing to taste. Wait time was very brief. Both serving was very good.

Customer service is amazing. Portion sizes are really good with the all you can eat. 2 servings for 2 people was more than "all we could eat". We were defeated by the seafood bags. lol read more

Our first experience here was terrible! Customer service was terrible! They seated us then for 30mins nobody even bother to ask us if we were helped nor even taken our order. We understand it was a little busy but nobody even try to help us for over 30mins. Would not recommend! read more

The food was so good! My friends and I tried to come here on their opening day and we came late so they ran out of food and couldn't seat us. Weeks later we still wanted to try it and it was WORTH IT. I really recommend the crab n spice and lemon garlic flavor when you order seafood. We did the all you can eat and I feel like that got our money further than if we had just ordered by the pound. Our server, Katherine, was very kind, helpful, and attentive. We will be back again! read more

Great seafood boil and an amazing vibe, would definitely return. Service was also excellent.

The food tasted amazing and seasoned super well. I would definitely come back again. The customer service here was super good too

Thank you G for making our first visit a good experience. Waiting time wasn't bad either.

GIRL! If you want the best customer service YOU MUST PULL UP and ask 4 Laryssa!!! Not only did I get my food ASAP, I got princess treatment. She took really good care of me and all the staff there is super friendly and pretty. 20/10! The vibes were also extremely chill. Please give me best regards to the chef read more

vibes was fantastic. courtney was an abating server. crab legs and shrimp with the corn was my go to and it did not disappoint one bit. will be back again sooner or later read more

This restaurant was extremely upsetting and very insulting to my family. My family and I were celebrating my nieces 18th birthday. Upon being in the restaurant and spending over $500, the manager came and tapped me on my shoulder and told me that we had been there over three hours and we had stayed too long and told us that it was time that we leave. I have never felt so insulted and I have never been so offended after spending that type of money and celebrating a birthday for my teenage niece. I do not recommend that anyone ever go there and spend their money. read more

Some things to know before coming here: Wait time was really short so that was a nice surprise. The food wasn't bad, they had variety in their menu. But be careful when ordering the mussels due to how many of them were actually empty shells without any meat to be found in the bag. However what really threw us off was the service. Initially, we had specifically asked for our calamari appetizer to be brought out first and our waitress agreed, however it was brought out after our main meal. Asked for water and they gave us mini cups and said for a full cup to get water was three dollars each, and server never came to check up on us at all during the meal. Compared to other seafood boil restaurants in the area where they give you great service, shellfish with actual meat, and full sized cups for just water, this place disappointed. Not entirely sure if we will be coming back. read more

Rude owner. Restaurant makes up new rules without warning/advising customers in advance. Seafood sauce is 97% oil 3% seasoning. For the price, save yourself some time and go to another crab boil place. read more

Food was bland. No flavor. Hella greasy. Corn was cold. They took the corn back and replaced it with more cold corn. Overall I want be back food was trash. Disappointed because I was excited when they opened read more

I went on a Friday night. The wait time is average like all seafood. I ordered from the AYCE menu. We ordered a bag of whole shrimp, potatoes you get a cluster crab anything extra after the first order is $12 corn and sausage medium spice Lemon pepper fries and Cajun. Our first order was wrong the bag was filled with Mussels and Crawfish disappointed because the wait for your food does take a while after seating. The fries and no flavor and the sauce is basically oil and garlic butter no matter the flavor even tho we asked for the second to be spicer it all taste the same Onion rings disgusting the best thing was fried string beans. So if the waiter or waitress does not explain the AYCE menu like our Waitress you will be stuck with food and ask to pay $30 or by the lb of what you have left I should've took a pick of the pan after it sat and turnt into boil sauce of lard. Noted we asked the waitress to explain our tab and she was very rude and trying to argue back in regards not eating all the food and, Or wanting to pay to take it home due to her not acknowledging the price change if you don't eat all the food. Overall I don't plan on going back $39.00 for AYCE is a good deal but the flavor and the service was terrible. read more

Ofelia made this entire experience worth while the food was good but she was amazing. I'd recommend this place solely based on the service. 10/10 read more

I don't know how or why everyone is saying this food is good. This food is the bare minimum. Only came back because my daughter wanted it...some of the employees are very rude very unprofessional & have very low communication skills no type of professionalism . Handing out cups with no straws then when asked can I have a straw told me there bye the soda machine which they were not when asking for a manager or supervisors better yet the owner, the lead replied she comes later when asked for names and numbers she would not give any information .....now let's talk about how they're ripping people off with this all you can eat if it's all you can eat I should have my own all you can eat tray. The other person should have their all you can eat tray not one serving for the entire table... paying for each person and sharing one plate and them not refilling it in a timely manner . It was a complete chaos and disaster I'm never going back !!!! read more
