At one point an employee even searched for a lower price for the rx for the customer. Someone was told she had to wait, and it was done kindly, presenting options for waiting. I see reviews with the complaints, but on this day, the pharmacy was running fine.

I had to stop at this Walgreen's to pick up some strong pain medication that couldn't couldn't be taken until I got home (I was driving.). I called to ask if they could get the RX's ready ASAP. Adam took the call and said they'd get to work on it immediately. By the time I got there, the one-time-use heat pack from the ER that had provided some relief, was already cooling, and my pain was extreme. Adam found a heat pack, microwaved it, and handed it to me, giving me enough blessed relief to be able to continue my drive home. Thank you Adam for being so caring and helpful. I wouldn't come here for a regular grocery trip, but this would be a good place to come to in order to pick up any items you may have forgotten or simply need at the moment. This location also has a photo department. One thing to be aware of is that there seems to be a homeless issue. On this visit there was a man sleeping outside the entrance.

The people in the pharmacy department were very helpful and assisted me in determining that a coupon that I wanted to use for one of my medications that is very costly could indeed be used there saving me several hundred dollars. The pharmacy area of the store is quite large with separate places to turn prescriptions in, have a consultation with the pharmacist or pick up your prescriptions. I've seen this model at most pharmacies now due to HIPPA regulation but at CVS it's really spread out so doesn't feel crowded or cluttered. I stayed out of the Easter section by choice this time! I did tour the hair and make-up department while waiting for my rx. They advised it might be 15" but it was 5" at most. Very expedited service I'd say. I did pick up a couple necessities and checked out up front where a very nice young lady assisted me. I had a good experience at this location and would certainly recommend it.

Then I requested can you take one more please. Her reply -"what's the problem in this one". Reluctantly she took another pic, which was kinda similar. She just ran for printing and was charging me 60$ for 6 horrible pictures. I would have paid 60$ if the pic or experience was worth that money. It was really horrible. I felt like she was doing me huge favour by taking the pic. And I had absolutely no say in that.
