Ok now that is out of the way. Review time: I really love this location so much. The store is huge with wide aisles making it easy to navigate compared to the smaller stores. Even if it's crazy busy on a Sunday afternoon you can still get to the items you need with ease. The store is still very clean and of course modern since the rebuild. Employees are friendly. The shelves are stocked fully 99.999% of the time. I live extremely close to the East 7th Street store (5 min away) and opt for this location time and time again.

Communication is done via text, phone, and/or email. You can transfer your prescriptions to Capsule, and/or have your doctor send the scripts over. From there, once they process everything, they'll send you a note stating the item is ready and you'll schedule a day/time for delivery. Note: you must be home for delivery, delivery can even be scheduled for that same day!

The store has been significantly understocked across the board most of the time. So many products are locked up behind glass unnecessarily. You have to wait quite a while to get someone to open the case because they are understaffed. That in no way reflects that professional attitude and helpfulness of the staff. They are always friendly here. It is just hard to find what we're looking for and get access to it in a timely manner.

A temple on the new glasses started going askew about 2 weeks later so I ventured back to Martin's, at my wife's suggestion, to seek a swap-out--the askewed glasses for an identical replacement pair. No go without the receipt, cashier said. When I pointed out that I obviously also had the glasses pouch from the purchase--perhaps a sign I'd bought the glasses there--the cashier didn't engage; he went silent, staring into his big screen. There is a shortage and I understand that…read more First of all, they don't allow you to refill a controlled drug unless you do a non controlled drug at the same time. They didn't consider me a customer because I last filled a prescription three months ago. I became the bottom priority. I had called earlier that day around 2 pm and was told that they had enough to fill the prescription. Two hours later I was called to say their supply ran out. That was hard to believe. The Pharm tech told me she understood and was on the same med and she couldn't get hers refilled. Again, hard to believe. I was a regular customer in the past and do my vaccines there. I explained that I'm going out of town and need to take care of my nephew who is in hospice. I won't go there again. It's like having to join a country club to get a prescription filled.
